This experience includes: one (1) 3-night stay for two (2) guests in a Stargazer Tent at Under Canvas Columbia River Gorge, Thursday through Sunday, July 10-13, 2025 (the "Stay"); one (1) private 4-hour hiking and sightseeing tour of Columbia River Gorge for two (2) people on Friday, July 11, 2025 ("Hiking Trip"); one (1) $300 food and beverage credit ("Dining Credit"); one (1) game night welcome amenity ("Welcome Amenity"), and; all taxes and gratuities associated with all package inclusions (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Stay includes: one (1) king bed with luxe linens, one (1) night sky viewing window above bed, private bathroom with shower, sink, flushing toilet, organic bath products, one (1) gas fireplace, and private deck with lounge chairs, (collectively, "Room Amenities"). Additionally, the Stay includes access to the following: on-site dining for purchase, complimentary community fire pit and nightly s'mores, USB battery packs, camp programming that may include live music, yoga, and kid's activities ("Camp Programming"), and al fresco dining with views of the Mt. Hood (collectively, "Property Amenities"). The Experience is located at 433 Oak Ridge Rd, White Salmon, WA 98672 (the "Property"). This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for Property credit, or resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences and submit all signed required Experience waivers ("Waivers") no later than Thursday, June 5, 2025, and 2) confirm receipt of all Stay details provided by the Property and SkyMiles Experiences prior to the Experience, no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

The Member will be introduced to a Property representative closer to their Stay to coordinate arrival logistics and receive final details regarding their Experience.

The Hiking Trip will take place on Friday, July 11, 2025, at 8:00am PT only and does not allow transfer of reservation dates or time. The meeting point for the Hiking Trip will be located at the Under Canvas River Gorge Lobby Tent ("Hiking Trip Meeting Point"). The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will need to arrive at the Hiking Trip Meeting Point no later than 7:45am PT. While the Property is pet friendly, the Hiking Trip and other Property adventures are not able to accommodate pets. If bringing pets to the Experience, the Member will be responsible for making arrangements to care for their pets, as they cannot be left unattended at Under Canvas. Children are permitted, but car seat or booster seats are required for children under 8 years, 4'9", and/or 40 pounds. Please inquire further if you feel you may have difficulty during the Hiking Trip and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available. No refunds or activity alternatives of any kind will be given should the Guests choose to shorten or forgo the Hiking Trip. If the guide cancels your Hiking Trip due to adverse weather, unsafe conditions, etc., a refund will not be accommodated. Rainy, cloudy, or windy weather does not mean a trip will be cancelled.

The Dining Credit will be applied to Member's folio and can be applied to food and beverage at the on-Property dining options, and/or the retail shop at the Property. Guests are responsible for avoiding any ingredients in food and beverage that they may be allergic to or have otherwise chosen to remove from their diet. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. On-Property dining and seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and no reservations will be accommodated. Dining Credit will be removed from Member's folio upon check-out on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Check-in for the Stay will be Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 3:00pm PT and check-out will be Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 10:00am PT. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. This offer is for two (2) Guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional Guests. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation on the Stay dates listed above. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability and are not guaranteed. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the White Salmon area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Experience does not include any transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above.

Camp Programming is subject to change at the discretion of the Property.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible Stay room; some variations may be applicable; specific Stay room may be subject to change. Bed types, room configurations, and décor may vary among different rooms for the specific Stay room.

This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, food and beverage, or other optional activities, incidentals, and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some Experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
