Festival is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site. Children 8 and under are free with a ticketed adult.

Viewing area will have limited capacity, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The artists performing at the festival reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated viewing areas during their performances. The festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to viewing area arrangements.

This experience includes: two (2) '4-Day VIP' tickets ("VIP Tickets") to the 2025 Lollapalooza Music Festival ("Festival") on Thursday-Sunday, July 31-August 3, 2025, at Grant Park in Chicago, IL (collectively, The "Experience"). VIP Tickets include: access to on-field viewing directly behind Platinum at both North and South Main Stages ("Viewing Area"); unlimited access to two (2) VIP Lounges featuring relaxed seating, shade, and air-conditioned restrooms plus direct access to the on-field viewing areas throughout the Festival ("Lolla Lounges"); access to a private full-service bar with beer, wine and cocktails for purchase; golf cart shuttle transportation between Lolla Lounges North and South ("Golf Cart Transportation"); Jumbo screen in Lolla Lounge North with live streaming from the main stages; complimentary festival hair and glitter treatments, and; dedicated premium entrance into the festival. The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Thursday-Sunday, July 31-August 3, 2025, at Grant Park in Chicago, IL ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025; 2) confirm receipt of all shipped credentials no later than Thursday, July 24, 2025, seven (7) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Member will receive their VIP Tickets to the Festival via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Tickets are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

Please note: The 2025 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, https://www.lollapalooza.com/. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

It is the responsibility of the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet at the Venue. The Venue is unable to accommodate any specific dietary restrictions.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
