All guests must be 21 or older to participate. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: two (2) 'Fancy Lady' VIP passes ("VIP Tickets") to LADYWORLD on Friday-Sunday, September 26-28, 2025 in Miramar Beach, FL ("Event"); access for two (2) to a meet and greet with LadyGang ("Meet & Greet"), and; access for two (2) guests to the LADYWORLD Gifting Suite ("Gifting Suite") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the VIP Tickets include reserved VIP suite seating ("VIP Suite"). The Experience is valid only for the dates of Friday-Sunday, September 26-28, 2025 at the Seascape Resort located at 556 Seascape Dr, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 ("Venue") and may not be rescheduled, transferred, or exchanged for credit or cash, or resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, June 12, 2025, and; 2) confirm receipt of their Event tickets ("Tickets") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Tickets will be distributed via email to the Member prior to the Experience, no later than Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

The Meet & Greet with LadyGang ("Talent") will take place within the VIP Suite during the Experience. Exact timing and location of Meet & Greet is to be determined at the discretion of the Talent and the Experience and will be communicated to the Member prior to the Experience. Autographs are not included or guaranteed as part of this Experience.

The 2025 participating talent and performing artist at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at LADYWORLD's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artist performances or talent appearances during the Event. LADYWORLD, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or Event.

Food and beverage substitutions during the Event are not available. Member and their one guest ("Guests") are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Hotel accommodations, parking and transportation are not included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
