The Ally Challenge presented by McLaren is an official event on the PGA TOUR Champions schedule owned and operated by Tournaments for Charity, a Michigan non-profit corporation. This 54-hole stroke play golf tournament features 78 PGA TOUR Champions professionals competing for a $2.2 million purse at the historic Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The event is designed to showcase the best golf on the PGA TOUR Champions for the enjoyment of spectators and to benefit local charities in the greater Flint area. All three official rounds will be internationally televised on the Golf Channel.

This experience includes: four (4) tickets ("Party Tickets") to the Pro-Am Pairings Party ("Party") on Tuesday, August 19, 2025; four (4) Pro-Am participant spots ("Pro-Am Spots") at the Pro-Am ("Pro-Am") at the PGA TOUR Champions' The Ally Challenge on Thursday, August 21, 2025, in Grand Blanc, MI ("Pro-Am"); four (4) Pro-Am gift bags ("Gift Bags"); eight (8) 1-day tickets to the Pro-Am ("Pro-Am Tickets"); eight (8) '3-Day Upgraded Porch Venue Tickets' ("Challenge Tickets") to The Ally Challenge on Friday-Sunday, August 22-24, 2025 ("Ally Challenge"); eight (8) 'Front of Stage' tickets ("Concert Tickets") to The Ally Challenge Community Concert on Saturday, August 23, 2025 ("Ally Challenge Community Concert"), and; four (4) 3-day VIP parking passes valid Friday-Sunday, August 22-24, 2025 ("Parking Passes") (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience is only valid for the dates specified above taking place at Warwick Hills Golf & Country Club, 9057 S Saginaw St, Grand Blanc, MI 48439 ("Golf Course"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Tuesday, July 1, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their seven (7) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences by Friday, July 18, 2025; 3) submit all signed experience waivers for all guests as required ("Waivers") no later than Friday, August 1, 2025; 4) confirm receipt of the Party Tickets, Pro-Am Spots, Concert Tickets, Challenge Tickets, and Parking Passes (collectively, "Credentials") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 15, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Participation is restricted to individuals with a valid golf handicap not exceeding 21 for men and 27 for women. Proof of handicap will be required. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation to those that don't meet the requirement, and the Member will not receive a miles refund.

All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If the winning bidder ("Member") does not submit a Waiver, the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will not be provided with a miles refund.

The Credentials will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Experience, no later than Thursday, August 14, 2025, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Credentials cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the Credentials to enter the Golf Course for the Championship and the Experience. Credentials are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.

The Ally Challenge and Pro-Am start and end times are to be determined at the discretion of PGA TOUR Champions. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Member prior to the Experience. PGA TOUR Champions, Golf Course, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

The Party Tickets are valid for Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Details on the event will be shared with the Member upon package redemption.

Gift Bags will be picked up at the Pro-Am Pairings Party for guests participating in the Pro-Am (4). Gift Bags are filled by PGA TOUR Champions and there is no guarantee for certain items to be included. PGA TOUR Champions has sole discretion on items included in the Gift Bag.

The Challenge Tickets will be valid for all rounds of the Ally Challenge on Friday through Sunday August 22-24, 2025. The Porch Venue sits on the 17th tee box on the Golf Course.

The Ally Challenge Community Concert will take place at the driving range at the Golf Course on Saturday, August 23, 2025, following the second round of competition at the Tournament. The Ally Challenge Community Concert timing will be announced prior to the event. Please note: The 2025 performing artist(s) at the Ally Challenge Community Concert are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Tournament and PGA TOUR Champions discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Experience dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Experience dates. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. The Ally Challenge, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.
