All guests must be 16 years or older to participate.

All guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a waiver prior to the event. If the winning bidder ("Member") does not submit a waiver, the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

This Experience includes: four (4) '1-Day Bay Club Passes' ("Bay Club Passes") at PGA TOUR'S BMW Championship on Saturday, August 16, 2025 ("Championship"), and; two (2) VIP Valet Drop-off Parking Passes valid for Saturday, August 16, 2025 ("Parking Pass") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, Bay Club Passes include: reserved covered stadium seating between the 11^th and 18^th fairways, a climate-controlled interior, all-inclusive food and beverage service, and private restrooms. Experience is only valid for the dates specified above taking place at Caves Valley Golf Club, 2910 Blendon Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117 ("Golf Course"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Tuesday, July 1, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences Friday, July 18, 2025; 3) submit all signed Experience waivers for all guests as required ("Waivers") no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025; 4) confirm receipt of the Bay Club Passes and Parking Pass (collectively, "Credentials") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, August 14, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Credentials will be transferred to Member via digital ticket transfer no later than Wednesday, August 13, 2025.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.

The Experience start and end times are to be determined at the discretion of the PGA. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Member prior to the Experience. The PGA, Golf Course, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
