This experience includes: two (2) '1-Day Starter Lounge Passes' ("Lounge Passes") to the TOUR Championship on Thursday, August 21, 2025 ("Championship"), and; access for two (2) to a putting clinic with golf professionals ("Clinic") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, Lounge Passes include: reserved seating on the course's first tee, a climate-controlled interior, all-inclusive premium food and beverage options, and private restrooms. Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at East Lake Golf Club, 2575 Alston Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30317 ("Golf Course"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Tuesday, July 1, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences Friday, July 25, 2025; 3) submit all signed Experience waivers for all guests as required ("Waivers") no later than Friday, August 8, 2025; 4) confirm receipt of the Starters Lounge Passes and Parking Pass (collectively, "Credentials") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a waiver prior to the event. If the winning Member does not submit a waiver, the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

Credentials will be transferred to Member via digital ticket transfer no later than Monday, August 18, 2025.

The Clinic will take place Thursday Morning at East Lake Golf Club. Additional details to be communicated upon winning the Experience. The tournament professional hosting the Clinic ("Clinic Pro") is to be determined at the sole discretion of the PGA TOUR and SkyMiles Experiences. Please note: The athletes, coaches, officials, and/or esteemed guests ("PGA TOUR Personnel") participating at the TOUR Championship and the Clinic are subject to change. There are no guarantees of any specific PGA TOUR Personnel attending the Clinic. Further, this Experience does not guarantee access to any specific PGA TOUR Personnel. Autographs and photos with PGA TOUR Personnel are not included in this Experience unless otherwise specified herein.

Guests are required to dress in proper golf attire for this Experience.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.

The Experience start and end times are to be determined at the discretion of the PGA TOUR. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Member prior to the Experience. The PGA, Golf Course, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
