*Guests must be 7 years or older to attend the pre-game batting practice viewing.

*Guests must be 18 years or older to throw the honorary first pitch.

*At least one (1) individual in the group must be 18 years or older.

All guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: four (4) Delta SKY360° Suite tickets ("Tickets") to the New York Yankees ("Yankees") vs. Washington, D.C. game on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 1:05pm ET ("Game"); four (4) passes to the pre-game batting practice viewing on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 10:30am ET ("Pre-Game Batting Practice Passes"); access for one (1) guest eighteen (18) years or older to throw the honorary first pitch prior to the Game ("First Pitch Opportunity"), and; four (4) gift bags with Yankees Merchandise ("Gift Bags") (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at Yankees Stadium, 1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Thursday, July 17, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences and submit required Experience waivers for all guests ("Waivers") no later than Thursday, July 24, 2025, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

All guests participating in this experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If the Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") do not submit Waivers by the deadline described above the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

The Tickets will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Game, no later than Tuesday, August 26, 2025, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the Tickets to enter the Stadium for the Game and the Experience. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.

The Pre-Game Batting Practice Passes program entitles four (4) Guests, ages seven (7) and older, to a maximum of a forty (40) minute supervised batting practice viewing Experience during the period of time when the New York Yankees take batting/infield practice beginning approximately at 10:30am ET on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 ("Batting Practice Experience").

Pre-Game Batting Practice Passes will be distributed upon arrival to the ballpark. Full details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. Photos and autographs from players, staff, coaches, etc. are not guaranteed. Please note that the Batting Practice Experience is for viewing only. Guests will only be permitted on the warning track behind home plate.

The First Pitch Opportunity will occur prior to the Game at 12:30pm ET. Only two (2) Guests will be allowed on the field during the First Pitch Opportunity: one (1) pitcher ("Honorary Pitcher") and one (1) Guest observing. The remaining two (2) Guests will watch from their assigned seats. The individual who participates as the Honorary Pitcher must be eighteen (18) years or older to participate in the First Pitch Experience. The Honorary Pitcher must be able to successfully throw a baseball from the pitcher's mound to home plate (approx. ~40-50 feet). The Yankees will provide a baseball and catcher for the First Pitch Experience.

Gift Bags with the Yankee merchandise will be fulfilled by the Yankees and there is no guarantee that certain items will be included. The Yankees have sole discretion on the items included in the Gift Bag.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.

Parking IS NOT included in this package. There is parking available at the Stadium. See here for maps, and details on driving and parking at the Stadium. 

Game start and end times are at the discretion of the MLB. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience. Team rosters and player availability for the Yankees are subject to change. The MLB, Yankees, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
