All guests must be at least 18 years old to participate in this experience and must be 21 years of age or older in order to consume alcoholic beverages.

This package includes: accommodations for two (2) guests for three (3) nights in one (1) cabin available to redeem from Friday, August 1, 2025, through Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Tutka Bay Lodge in Homer, AK ("Lodge Stay"); one (1) full-day Alaska Culinary tour and cooking class for two (2) guests with a chef prepared dinner for two (2) ("Culinary Excursion"); one (1) out-camp excursion for two (2) guests, of the guests' choice ("Out-Camp Excursion"), and; all taxes and gratuities associated with all package inclusions (collectively, "Experience"). Further, the Lodge Stay includes access to the following amenities: award-winning Michelin-caliber cuisine, house wine and beer, daily forest and sound meditation classes, nature-based wellness classes, afternoon cooking classes and evening hors d'oeuvres and wine tasting, a wood-fired sauna, hot tub, mindful outdoor experiences, and guided outdoor activities. This Experience is valid only at Tutka Bay Lodge located at SE coast across Kachemak Bay, Homer, AK 99603 ("Property") for the outlined date range listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, July 17, 2025; 2) submit requested travel dates to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, July 17, 2025; 3) confirm all travel plans as requested with SkyMiles Experiences no later than 1 month prior to their confirmed travel date, as assigned by the Property. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

This Experience is available to redeem between Friday, August 1, 2025 and Tuesday, September 30, 2025, based on Property availability and seasonality, subject to additional blackout dates as provided by the Property. Experience cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to group rates. The Member will be connected with a Property representative after the auction closes to confirm travel plans and submit requested dates of travel. Guests must submit travel date requests to their designated representative at least three (3) months before the guest's desired trip start date. All travel dates are subject to availability. Guests are subject to all Property rules and policies. A pre-arrival questionnaire will be sent to the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") and must be filled out completely prior to the stay. Dietary requirements, body weights, a main point of contact cell phone number while traveling, and relevant medical information for Guests are required prior to arrival.

The Lodge Stay includes accommodations in one (1) double occupancy private cabin. The exact room assignment is to be determined based on availability during the confirmed travel dates, at the discretion of the Property. The Lodge Stay is valid for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. All reservations require credit card to secure your reservation for security and incidentals. Check-in will be between 8:00am and 10:00am local time on the confirmed travel start date and check-out will be between 8:00am and 10:00am local time on the confirmed travel end date. This original certificate must be presented at time of check in, or all charges will be the bearer's responsibility until such time as the original document is provided. This certificate has no cash value and is not transferable or redeemable for cash or trade to other promotions, packages, or services within the Property and associated businesses.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change.

The Out-Camp Excursion is valid for two (2) people. Options for the Out-Camp Excursion include: fly-out bear-viewing, deep-sea fishing, marine wildlife cruise, or sea-kayaking. The Out-Camp Excursion request must be submitted to the designated SkyMiles Experiences representative prior to the confirmed travel dates, no later than eight (8) weeks prior to the confirmed travel dates. As with all outdoor activities, the Out-Camp Excursion is subject to weather and is non-refundable. Please understand that embedded guest offerings such as bear viewing and sportfishing are dependent upon weather and our ability to fly/travel. Miles refunds will not be provided for any missed excursions or excursions cancelled due to weather. The Property will make best efforts to replace an Out-Camp Excursion which is cancelled due to weather during the Experience. Full details on booking the excursion listed above will be provided to the Member following auction close.

The Culinary Excursion will be scheduled on one day during the Guests' stay, to be determined at the discretion of the Property. More details on the tour will be provided after auction close. Please share any dietary restrictions at least one (1) month prior to the confirmed travel dates.

Exact activities/schedule on the trip may be subject to change at the Property's discretion. This package does not include transportation, airfare, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, food and beverage, and other incidentals and expenses not disclosed in the offer above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. If the Member chooses to extend their stay, it will be the Member's responsibility to coordinate and cover the cost of the extended stay. No substitutions will be offered based on what is detailed in the package experience. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experience package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the recipient. 

Experience includes transportation to and from the Property starting in Anchorage by way of float plane direct to the Property dock, or to Homer by way of round trip jet aircraft and water taxi. Standard arrival and departure times are between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Custom arrival times may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Guests are limited to 50 pounds of luggage per person and soft-sided luggage is preferred. Please note that actual backcountry travel times can vary due to weather and other circumstances. Full details on booking transportation listed above will be provided to the Member following auction close and after the Property has confirmed travel dates. Please consider allotting plenty of time for connecting national and international flights. We require a minimum of four hours of layover in Anchorage. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, and the Property are not responsible for missed flights. Guests weighing 300 pounds and over may exceed our helicopter and/or small plane weight limits per FAA regulations. Discuss this with your SkyMiles Experiences representative and we may be able to offer solutions with advance notice.

Extended Travel Policy: If guest travel is delayed due to adverse weather conditions preventing air travel to or from the Property, no credit can be issued if a travel delay causes the Guest(s) to arrive later the same day. If a travel delay causes the guest to remain at the Property for additional nights, the Guest(s) will be charged a rate of $400.00 per person per night to be paid by the Member. If a travel delay reduces the number of overall days of a Lodge Stay, the Property will adjust the travel dates to accommodate an extension if available. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, and the Property are not responsible for extra costs (hotel, car rental, etc.) incurred by travel delays.

Gratuity for staff is not included in this package. Gratuity is always at the discretion of the guest. A standard recommendation $200-$400 per guest per day.

The Property is a non-smoking destination. If you smoke, we will designate comfortable outdoor locations for you. There is no smoking in guest cabins. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 cleaning fee in consideration to the next occupants. Please do not travel to the Property with any firearms or handle our on-site firearms.

Wi-Fi is available at the Property at no additional charge, but please note that it can be limited at some locations, particularly during inclement weather. Laundry is available at no charge at the Property; however guests are limited to one (1) load per party per stay to conserve power and water.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
