Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID required on-site for age verification.

This experience includes: four (4) suite tickets ("Tickets") to the New York Yankees ("Yankees") vs. Boston game on Friday, August 22, 2025 at 7:05pm ET at Yankee Stadium ("Game") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Tickets include complimentary food and beverages. Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at Yankees Stadium, 1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Thursday, July 31, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences and signed Experience waivers ("Waivers") for the Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as required no later than Thursday, August 7, 2025, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, August 21, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If Guests do not submit Waivers by the deadline described above the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

The Tickets will be distributed via digital Ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Game, no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the Tickets to enter the Stadium for the Game and the Experience. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.

Game start and end times are at the discretion of the MLB. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience. Team rosters and player availability for the Yankees are subject to change. The MLB, Yankees, Delta Air Lines ("Delta"), and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet. The food and beverage provided by the Experience will be from a pre-selected menu determined at the discretion of Delta, Yankees, and the Stadium. Substitutions will not be available.

Parking is NOT included in this package.

Be advised that this Experience will be attended by other SkyMiles Members and their Guests.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some Experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
