This experience includes: access for four (4) to a training experience with Utah Jazz personnel ("Jazz Personnel") on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 12:30pm-3:00pm MT at the Zions Bank Basketball Campus ("ZBBC") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Experience includes: access for four (4) to on-court shooting drills with one (1) Utah Jazz Player ("Player") and up to two (2) Utah Jazz assistant coaches ("Assistant Coaches") (collectively, "Talent") ("On-Court Training"); access for four (4) to a behind-the-scenes tour of ZBBC ("ZBBC Tour"); four (4) personalized Utah Jazz jerseys ("Custom Jerseys"), and; access for four (4) to a complimentary lunch at the ZBBC lounge ("Lunch"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at 1420 500 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84115 ("Facility"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Tuesday, July 29, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences by Thursday, July 31, 2025; 3) submit all requested customizations for the Custom Jerseys by Thursday, July 31, 2025, and; 4) submit all signed Experience waivers for all Guests as required ("Waivers") no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025. Failure to confirm any of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

The On-Court Training will be approximately 45 to 60-minutes during which time Guests will participate in on-court shooting drills alongside Talent as defined above. The participating Talent and total time spent participating in the On-Court Training will be determined at the sole discretion of the NBA and Utah Jazz.

Details on the ZBBC Tour will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience.

This Experience does not guarantee access to any specific Jazz Personnel and the Utah Jazz players, coaches and/or esteemed guests participating in the Experience are subject to change. Autographs and photos with Jazz Personnel are not included in this Experience unless otherwise specified herein.  

Full details regarding the Custom Jerseys will be provided to the Member prior to the experience. It is the Member's responsibility to provide all requested customization details as requested by their SkyMiles Experiences Representative no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025.

There is no guarantee of any Jazz Personnel attending the Lunch.

Lunch will be from a set menu, and Guests will be asked to submit any dietary restrictions no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025.It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet during the Experience.

The Experience start and end times are at the discretion of the Utah Jazz. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to the Guests prior to the Experience. The Utah Jazz, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Facility, as listed here.
