This experience includes: four (4) mezzanine-level tickets ("Tickets") to the Syracuse vs. Tennessee Aflac Kickoff Game on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia ("Game"), and; four (4) pre-game sideline passes ("Sideline Passes") (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, 1414 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30303 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Tuesday, July 29, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences by Thursday, July 31, 2025; 3) submit all signed Experience waivers for all Guests as required ("Waivers") no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025, and; 4) confirm receipt of Tickets and Sideline Passes (collectively, "Credentials") no later than Saturday, August 23, 2025. Failure to confirm any of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Guests will be required to pick up Sideline Passes at the Stadium. Details on pick-up for the Sideline Passes will shared with the Member prior to the Experience. Tickets will be distributed via digital ticket transfer prior to the Experience, no later than Friday, August 22, 2025. The exact seat location of the Tickets is to be determined at the discretion of NCAA, but will be located in the mezzanine level.

This Experience does not guarantee access to any specific players, coaches, staff, or other NCAA personnel (collectively, "NCAA Personnel"). Autographs and photos with NCAA Personnel are not included in this Experience unless otherwise specified herein.

Parking and transportation are not included in this Experience.

All Guests participating in this experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If Guests do not submit Waivers by the deadline described above, the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
