All guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: access for four (4) to a University of Georgia ("UGA") private football practice on Saturday, August 9, 2025 (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience includes complimentary food and beverages. Experience is only valid for as defined above located at Sanford Stadium, 100 Sanford Dr, Athens, GA 30602 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to other UGA experiences, exchanged for Stadium credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Tuesday, July 29, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences and signed Experience waivers ("Waivers") for the Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") no later than Thursday, July 31, 2025; 3) confirm receipt of Experience invitation ("Invitation") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, August 7, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Invitations will be sent via email to the Member prior to the Experience, no later than Thursday, August 7, 2025. Invitations cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. Experience is subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. The exact timing of the Experience is to be determined at the sole discretion of the University of Georgia and Delta Air Lines ("Delta")

All Guests participating in this experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If Guests do not submit Waivers by the deadline described above, the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

As this is a closed practice, the use of mobile phones, cameras, or any video/ audio recording devices is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Experience.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet. The food and beverage provided by the Experience will be from a pre-selected menu determined at the discretion of Delta, UGA, and the Stadium. Substitutions will not be available.

Be advised that this Experience will be attended by other SkyMiles Members and their Guests.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending Guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
