Olivia Landau is the Founder and CEO of The Clear Cut, a 4th generation diamond expert, and a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Graduate Gemologist (GG). She started The Clear Cut as an educational blog for friends and family and when she met her husband, Kyle, in GIA school, they turned the blog into a multi-million dollar D2C diamond jewelry company. Landau has been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 and Entrepreneur's 2021 100 Women of Impact list. Guests must be 21 or older to drink alcohol. Acceptable proof of age will be requested. If no acceptable proof of age is presented, no service of alcohol will be provided.
This experience includes: one (1) 45-minute private shopping appointment at The Clear Cut Showroom in New York, NY ("Appointment"); consultation with The Clear Cut's Founder & CEO, Olivia Landau for one (1) guest ("Consultation"); passed champagne for two (2) ("Welcome Drinks"); one (1) $1,500 The Clear Cut gift card ("Gift Card"), and; access for one (1) SkyMiles Member and one (1) guest (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is available to redeem for the following period, based on showroom availability: Monday-Saturday from 9am-4pm ET from August through September 2025 at The Clear Cut Showroom located in New York, NY ("Store") and may not be rescheduled, transferred, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. The winning bidder may bring one (1) guest to attend the private shopping appointment, however the Consultation will be limited to only the one (1) winning bidder ("Member"). Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Member will be introduced to a SkyMiles Experiences representative after the auction closes to determine future available dates for the Experience. Reservation requests must be submitted at least three (3) weeks in advance of preferred Experience date and is based on availability.
The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 4, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and two (2) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than three (3) weeks before the Experience; 3) submit preferred Experience date options to SkyMiles Experiences no later than three (3) weeks before the Experience, and; 4) confirm receipt of the emailed $1,500 Gift Card no later than five (5) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Appointment will not exceed 45-minutes. The Store will be closed to the public during the Appointment. Parking and transportation are not included in this package.
Member will receive the Gift Card via email no later than five days prior to the Experience. The Gift Card may not be redeemed for or re-sold for cash. The Gift Card may be used to purchase readily available merchandise during the Experience and online at https://theclearcut.co. Custom order requests are not included. Any additional dollars spent outside of the Gift Card (including taxes or shipping costs) will be the Member's responsibility.
In the event the Appointment must be canceled or rescheduled by the Store due to an unforeseen circumstance or Store buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.
Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of an auction, Auto Bid Extend automatically extends the auction for 5 minutes. Once all bidding has stopped for 5 minutes, the auction closes.
