All guests must be 18 years of age or older to utilize this package. All guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: one (1) 2-night stay for two (2) in a Double Occupancy Guest Room at SingleThread Inn in Healdsburg, CA ("Stay"); access for two (2) to a daily breakfast at SingleThread ("Daily Breakfast"); one (1) in-room hot pot dining experience with curated wine pairing for two (2) ("Hot Pot Experience"); one (1) private guided tour of SingleThread's farm ("Farm Tour"); one (1) Temaki hand-roll picnic ("Picnic"), and; one (1) 10-course Tasting Menu and Reserve Wine Pairing for two (2) guests at SingleThread Restaurant ("Dinner") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, the Stay includes: one (1) California King bed, one (1) en-suite bathroom, one (1) soaking tub, one (1) walk in rain shower, one (1) Japanese Toto toilet, one (1) makeup mirror, one (1) hairdryer, one (1) flat iron, bathrobes, slippers, and Botnia skin care products. Experience is valid only for the Stay as defined above. SingleThread Inn and Restaurant is located at 131 North St, Healdsburg, CA 95448 ("Property") and SingleThread Farm is located at 2836 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448 ("Farm"). This offer cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for Property credit, or resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member's contact information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences by Monday, August 11, and; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, August 14, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

*This Experience is redeemable through Tuesday, December 30, 2025, and is based on Property availability. This offer is not valid after Monday, December 30, 2025. The winning bidder ("Member") will be introduced to a SingleThread Reservations Representative ("SingleThread Representative") after the auction closes to request Stay dates ("Scheduling Requests"). Scheduling Requests must be submitted to the SingleThread Representative at least one (1) month before the desired Experience dates. All reservation dates and times are subject to Property availability and seasonality. Once finalized with the SingleThread Representative, the confirmed Experience dates ("Confirmed Experience Dates") may not be rescheduled by the Member. This offer is not valid during the following blackout dates: August 29-September 1, 2025; Thursday, November 27, 2025; Thursday-Friday, December 24-25, 2025, and Wednesday, December 31, 2025

The Stay cannot be combined with other offers. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Healdsburg area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Double Occupancy Guest Room as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. Check-in is at 3:00pm PT on the designated check-in date, check-out is at 11:00am PT on the designated check-out date, and no time or date change requests will be granted. The Member must provide a valid credit card for security and incidentals. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Reschedules and Cancellations made 60 days prior to the event will be honored and the gift certificate may used at a later date. Reschedules or cancellations made within 59 days of arrival where the inn is unable to rebook the room and dining reservation will result in a forfeit of the gift certificate.

Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet throughout the Stay.

The Daily Breakfast is included each day of the Stay apart from the designated check-in day. Alcoholic drinks are not included with the Daily Breakfast. Substitutions and special requests may not be available.

The Hot Pot Experience will take place on the first day of the Stay. Substitutions and special requests may not be available.

More details about the Daily Breakfast and Hot Pot Experience will be provided to the Member leading up to the Experience.

The Farm Tour is approximately 1-hour long and will take place on the second day of the Stay. The Farm Tour is weather permitting. The Farm is an approximate 10-minute drive from the Property. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the Farm and Property.

The Dinner will feature a menu customized at the sole discretion of the Property and on-site chefs and will take place on the second evening of Stay. The Property is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions for the Dinner, but substitutions and special requests may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs at least two (2) weeks in advance of the Confirmed Experience Dates to the SingleThread Representative. The Property's facility uses nuts, soy, dairy, shellfish, and gluten - it is strongly advised that Guests with extreme allergies are aware that these items are used in close proximity. Due to the prevalence of soy and rice products, sea salt, and sea plants in the menu, the Property is unable to adjust for soy, rice, sea salt, and sea plant allergies. Many dishes contain cooked alcohol such as mirin, sake, and extracts. Dinner reservations must be scheduled through the designated SingleThread Representative.

In the event the Confirmed Experience Dates chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Property and Farm due to an unforeseen circumstance or Property and/or Farm buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed here.
