All guests must be at least 21 years old to participate in this experience and must be 21 years of age or older in order to consume alcoholic beverages.

This package includes: one (1) three-night stay for two (2) guests in a beachfront suite at La Samanna, a Belmond Hotel, St. Martin on Saturday through Tuesday, November 15-18, 2025 ("Stay"); one (1) reservation at La Cave Wine Cellar with multi-course tasting menu and curated wine pairings for two (2) guests ("Dinner Reservation"); one (1) 60-minute couples massage at Belmond La Samanna Spa for two (2) guests ("Massage"), and; either one (1) private yoga class OR one (1) private tennis class for two (2) guests ("Private Class") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only at Belmond La Samanna located at Baie Longue Terres Basses Saint Martin, 97064, St. Martin ("Property") and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 18, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, October 10, 2025, and; 3) confirm receipt of Stay confirmation by no later than Friday, October 24, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. This Experience is redeemable Saturday through Tuesday, November 15-18, 2025. Experience cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to group rates. The Member will be connected with a Property representative after the auction closes to confirm travel plans. All travel dates are subject to availability. Guests are subject to all Property rules and policies.

The Stay is valid only the room type over the dates as defined above and may not be changed. Check-in for the Stay will be at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be at 12:00pm local time. Once confirmed, no changes to check-in times or arrival dates. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended Stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the St. Martin area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible Stay room; some variations may be applicable; specific Stay room may be subject to change. Bed types, room configurations, and décor may vary among different rooms for the specific Stay room.

The Dinner Reservation will be scheduled on one day during the Guests' Stay, to be determined at the discretion of the Property. More details on the Dinner Reservation will be provided after auction close. Please share any dietary restrictions no later than Friday, October 10, 2025.

The Massage is valid for two (2) people and has a maximum value of $500 USD. The Massage will be scheduled on one day during the Stay, to be determined at the discretion of the Property. More details on the Massage will be provided after auction close.

Options for the Private Class include: one (1) private yoga class OR one (1) private tennis class. The Private Class request must be submitted to the designated SkyMiles Experiences representative prior to the Experience, no later than Friday, October 10, 2025. The Private Class is subject to weather and is non-refundable. Miles refunds will not be provided for any missed class or classes cancelled due to weather or lack of scheduling. The Property will make best efforts to replace a Private Class that is cancelled due to weather during the Experience. Full details on booking the activity listed above will be provided to the Member following auction close.

This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, food and beverage, or other optional activities, incidentals, and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
