This experience includes: two (2) '4-Day 2025 All-Inclusive Tickets' ("Event Tickets") valid for the 2025 Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week in Newport, Rhode Island from October 2 to October 5, 2025 ("Event"); two (2) tickets to the VIP Welcome Reception on Thursday, October 2, 2025 ("Welcome Reception"); private Estate Tour for two (2) during The Gathering on Friday, October 3, 2025 ("Estate Tour"); access for two (2) to the Bonham's Auction on Friday, October 3, 2025 ("Bonham's Auction"), and; two (2) tickets to Concours d'Elegance Presented by A. Lange & Söhne on Sunday, October 5, 2025 ("Concours d'Elegance"); access for two (2) in a private ride in the Tour d'Elegance on Saturday, October 4, 2025 ("Ride Along"), and; two (2) tickets to the Audrain Automobile Museum Annual Gala on Saturday, October 4, 2025 ("Gala") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Event Tickets include access to the following programming: access to the Audrain Automobile Museum Thursday-Sunday, October 2-5, 2025 ("Museum Access"), Wine by the Water Event on Thursday, October 2, 2025 ("Wine by the Water"), Hilltop Hangout on Friday, October 3, 2025 ("Hilltop Hangout"), The Gathering Event on Friday, October 3, 2025 ("The Gathering"), Coffee at the Concours on Sunday, October 5, 2025 ("Coffee Event"), and Yoga at the Concours on Sunday, October 5, 2025 ("Yoga Event") (collectively "Week-Long Programming"). Experience is valid only as described above may not be transferred, exchanged for future or other dates, credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases outside of the Experience as listed above are the responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, August 18, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, September 8, 2025 and; 3) submit contact information for will-call pick-up and guest list entry (collectively, "Credentials") for the Event Tickets, Welcome Reception, Estate Tour, Bonham's Auction, and Concours d'Elegance events by Monday, September 8, 2025. Failure to confirm any of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Guests will pick-up their Event Tickets at will-call between Wednesday, October 1 through Friday, October 3, 2025 ("Will Call Pick-Up"). Full details on Will Call Pick-Up will be provided to the Guests prior to the event. The Estate Tour will be verified by guest list entry.

This is a custom Experience package curated for the SkyMiles Experiences program. This Experience is not comprehensive of all 2025 Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week special programming. For more information on the 2025 Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week events, go to www.audrainconcours.com. Access to any events not specifically listed above are not included. The Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations.

All components of this Experience will take place in Newport, RI on the dates defined above. Exact timing and locations of all Experience programming are to be determined and are subject to change at the discretion of the Event. Full details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. Please note that parts of the Experience, including the Estate Tour, will have other SkyMiles® Members in attendance. Parking is not included in this package. The Estate Tour will take place during The Gathering as defined above. The car type for the Ride Along will be determined at the Event's discretion. This Experience does not include nor guarantee access to talent or celebrities in attendance at the Event, including the Gala. 

In case of severe weather, some events may be delayed. All events will be held rain or shine, except for the Hilltop Hangout. In case of severe weather, Hilltop Hangout may be cancelled. Event, Delta Air Lines ("Delta"), and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations. Event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and other programming delays. Refunds will not be granted for any schedule changes or weather delays in the event. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted at the events mentioned above, except for ADA-recognized service animals for visitors with disabilities. The owner must take full responsibility for their animal.  

By placing a bid on this Experience, the Member agrees to adhere to all terms stated by Delta and SkyMiles Experiences and Event partners.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur. 

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
