This experience is suitable for guests aged 12 years or older. If the winning SkyMiles Member ("Member") chooses to bring a minor, the other attending guest must be an adult aged 18 or older. If the Member is attending with a child under 18, the Member must be the child's parent or legal guardian and will be required to sign a release on the child's behalf in order to participate.

This experience includes: access for two (2) to a private group padel clinic hosted by top Reserve Padel coaches ("Talent") on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Reserve Padel Miami (the "Clinic"). Further, the Clinic includes: hands-on instruction from Talent during the Clinic ("Instruction"); light food and beverage offerings ("Hospitality"), and; two (2) take-home gifts featuring padel accessories and Reserve Padel apparel (1 per guest) ("Take-Home Gifts") (collectively, the "Experience"). The Experience is valid only as defined above, taking place at Reserve Padel Miami at 697 NW 13th St, Miami, FL 33136 (the "Venue"). Experience may not be rescheduled, exchanged for credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, August 11, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, September 8, 2025; 3) submit completed Delta Liability waivers for each guest ("Waivers") no later than Monday, September 8, 2025, and; 4) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, September 22, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") must complete Waivers in order to participate in the Clinic. Experience is open to Guests of all skill levels. Padel playing experience is not required.

Exact timing and programming of the Experience is to be determined by the Venue and SkyMiles Experiences. Experience does not guarantee one-on-one access to or coaching from Talent. Guests are asked to be mindful of allowing all attendees an equal opportunity to interact with Talent.

Guests may be asked to arrive prior to the Clinic start time to greet Talent and receive rental equipment, if needed. Rental equipment is not included in this Experience. Guests may request and purchase rental equipment on-site at the Experience as needed. Any purchases made outside of this Experience are the responsibility of the Member.

Guests are responsible for being aware of their own dietary preferences and avoiding Hospitality items which may contain ingredients that Guests are allergic to or have otherwise decided to remove from their diets.

All Venue photography is representative of the Venue but may does include photography of the exact facilities or personnel included in the Experience.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
