Sea.Hear.Now Festival is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Children 7 and under get in free with a ticketed adult.

This experience includes the following: two (2) '2-Day VIP' tickets ("Tickets") to the 2025 Sea.Hear.Now Festival on Saturday-Sunday, September 13-14, 2025, at Asbury Park, NJ ("Festival") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, Tickets include all of the above exclusions plus: access to lockers and mobile charging units for rent and a dedicated Festival merch store within the VIP Lounge. The Experience is valid only for the dates above at North Beach of Asbury Park-Bradley Park-Atlantic Park located at 1300 Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ 07712 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for Venue credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Tuesday, August 19, 2025; 2)submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 22, 2025, and; 3) confirm receipt of all shipped Ticketsno later than Saturday, September 6, 2025, seven (7) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Member will receive their Tickets via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Tickets will be in the form of wristbands and are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for replacing any lost or damaged Tickets.

Please note: The 2025 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, www.seahearnowfestival.com. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the in the participating artists or event schedule.

It is the responsibility of the Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet at the Festival. The Festival is unable to accommodate any specific dietary restrictions.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to the varied timing of package launch on the website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
