At least one of the attending guests must be at least 21 years of age to utilize this package.  

This package includes access for two (2) to a Delta Vacations ("DLV") trip to Maui, Hawaii, including: one (1) double occupancy 2-night stay in a  Hōkūpaʻa Ocean View  room ("Room") at the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Kāʻanapali in Maui, HI ("Property") (collectively, the "Stay"), and; round-trip Delta Classic airfare for two (2) from any Delta Vacations origin in the U.S. to Maui, HI ("Airfare") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, the Experience includes: one (1) Hale Ali'i Cabana rental during the Stay ("Cabana"); one (1) Lānai Experience for two (2) ("Lanai Experience"), and waived daily resort fee ("Waived Fee") (collectively, "Stay Amenities"). Experience is valid only for the Stay as defined above. The Property is located at 2365 Kaanapali Parkway, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii, USA, 96761. This Experience cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for Property credit, or resold.  Any purchases separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

*This Experience is redeemable by June 30, 2026, and is subject to hotel room availability and blackout dates ("Blackout Dates"). The Member will be introduced to a Delta Vacations Customer Engagement Center representative ("DLV Representative") after the auction closes to book the hotel, flight and reservation times for the Experience components ("Scheduling Requests"). All Stay and Experience components are based on availability. Once finalized with the DLV Representative, the confirmed Experience dates ("Confirmed Experience Dates") may not be rescheduled by the Member.  

This Experience is not valid during the following Blackout Dates: November 23-28, 2025, and December 19, 2025 - January 2, 2026. Additional Blackout Dates may apply.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Thursday, August 14, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than 30 days prior to the Experience, and; 3) confirm receipt of Confirmed Experience Dates and booked flights ("Flights") at least 30-days prior to the Experience. Failure to confirm any of the above with Delta Vacations can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Stay is valid only as defined above. The Room for the Stay will be in either a One King Bed Ocean View Room or Double Queen Ocean View Room, based on Property availability. This Experience is only valid for a new reservation. Upgrades and Stay extensions are not included nor guaranteed. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Maui area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly and pay for additional costs. The Stay is for two (2) guests only, and no additional patrons will be granted permission to stay. Check-in is at 3:00pm PT on the designated check-in date, check-out is at 12:00pm PT on the designated check-out date, and no time or date change requests will be granted. The Member is responsible for covering all incidentals and must provide a valid credit card and photo ID for security upon check-in. Cancellation of the Confirmed Experience Dates will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item and no refunds will be granted.

In the event the Confirmed Experience Dates chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Property due to an unforeseen circumstance or a Property buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling. 

Tickets and certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Airfare is not included unless otherwise specified. For certificates which specify the inclusion of Airfare: DLV will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines from any city in the U.S. 50 or Canada. Travel is permitted on designated flights operated by Delta Air Lines; the Delta Connection® carriers: Endeavor Air, Republic Airways, and SkyWest; and Delta Shuttle® carriers: Republic Airways. Travel via other Delta Air Lines-affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights. 

Travel is not permitted on the following dates: Thursday-Saturday, November 26-29, 2025; Monday-Saturday, December 22- January 3, 2025. Additional dates may apply. Not valid with previously purchased trip. Trip certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles Award Travel or promotional offers/tickets. Tickets and certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. If any component of the trip, air or land, exceeds the value specified on the certificate, the recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at the time of booking.  

Trip certificate is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or Prepaid tickets. Trip certificate is not applicable to Globus family of brands including Globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon. Trip certificate is non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Purchased certificates are subject to confiscation, and you will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered. 

Travel must be round-trip. Reservations must be made, and tickets must be issued prior to departure. Booking and travel dates must fall within the date range specified. Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted. DLV must make all reservations and issue all travel documentation. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Space is subject to availability. 

Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through DLV. Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded and cannot be used for another booking or another service component. 

Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Checked luggage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Fees are charged each way and are subject to change. Refer to delta.com for current rates. 

A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. 

Substitutions will not be allowed. 

SkyMiles mileage credit and/or Medallion® Qualification Dollars (MQDs) may or may not be awarded. 

DLV is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. Standard DLV Terms and Conditions apply and are outlined during the booking process; other airline, hotel, or vendor restrictions may apply. Certain destinations may charge taxes or fees not covered by this certificate or DLV. 

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change. 

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet throughout the Stay.

The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the scheduled travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.  

By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed here.  

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur. 

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
