This experience includes: two (2) PNC Club tickets ("Tickets") to the Miami Marlins ("Marlins") vs. Detroit game on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 4:10pm ET ("Game"); access for two (2) to a behind-the-scenes stadium tour before the Game("Stadium Tour"); access for two (2) to a pre-game batting practice viewing before the Game ("Pre-Game Batting Practice"); access for two (2) to a meet & greet with a Marlins player ("Meet & Greet"); opportunity for one (1) guest to throw the honorary first pitch prior to the Game ("First Pitch Opportunity"); and; two (2) commemorative personalized City Connect jerseys ("Jerseys") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Tickets include all inclusive upscale food and beverage ("F&B") in the PNC Club ("Club"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at loanDepot park, 501 Marlins Way, Miami, FL 33125 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 11, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences and signed Experience waivers ("Waivers") for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, September 12, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund.

All Guests participating in this experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If Guests do not submit Waivers by the deadline described above the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

The Tickets will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Game, no later than Friday, September 12, 2025, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the Tickets to enter the Stadium for the Game and the Experience. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.

Game start and end times are at the discretion of the MLB. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience. Team rosters and player availability for the Marlins are subject to change. The MLB, Marlins, Delta Air Lines ("Delta"), and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. Guests must be dressed in Marlins or neutral clothing to participate in this experience.

The Stadium Tour allows two (2) Guests to participate in a behind-the-scenes tour including access to the dugout, press box, and more. The Stadium Tour will take place at approximately at 12:30pm ET before the Game. Guests will receive credentials ("Stadium Tour Credentials") through a check-in process at Gate 1 Media Entrance on the day of the event.

The Pre-Game Batting Practice entitles two (2) Guests to a maximum of a forty (40) minute supervised batting practice viewing experience during the period of time when the Marlins take batting/infield practice beginning approximately at 1:10pm ET before the Game.

Guests will receive Pre-Game Batting Practice credentials ("Batting Practice Credentials") through a check-in process at Gate 1 Media Entrance before the Game. Full details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. Photos and autographs from players, staff, coaches, etc. are not guaranteed. Please note that the Pre-Game Batting Practice experience is for viewing only.

The Meet & Greet will take place during Batting Practice. Full details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. This Experience does not guarantee access to specific players, coaches, staff, or other MLB personnel.

The First Pitch Opportunity will be at approximately 3:30pm ET before the Game. Two (2) Guests will be allowed on the field during the First Pitch Opportunity: one (1) pitcher ("Honorary Pitcher") and one (1) Guest observing. The Honorary Pitcher must be able to successfully throw a baseball from the pitcher's mound to home plate (approx. ~40-50 feet). The Marlins will provide a baseball and catcher for the First Pitch Opportunity.

Jersey's will be distributed to Members upon arrival for the Experience by the on-site representative. Guests will be asked to provide customization requests by no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025.

Full details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. Photos and autographs from specific players, staff, coaches, etc. are not guaranteed or included as part of this Experience.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
