All guests must be 18 or older to participate. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

Experience includes: four (4) round-trip Delta flight certificates (Delta Main Cabin) between Atlanta and Boston each valued at $500 USD ("Flight Certificates"); one (1) 1-night stay for four (4) guests in four (4) King Rooms OR two (2) double occupancy at Renaissance Boston Patriot Place Hotel ("Property") in Foxborough, MA on Saturday through Sunday, September 27-28, 2025 ("Stay"); four (4) tickets ("Tickets")to the Atlanta United FC vs New England match on Saturday, September 27, 2025at 6:30pm ET at Gillette Stadium ("Match") , and; four (4) swag bags with four (4) custom kits and four (4) $250 VISA gift cards ("Swag Bags") (collectively, the "Experience"). The Match will take place at Gillette Stadium located at 1 Patriot Pl, Foxborough, MA 02035 ("Stadium"). This Experience is valid only as defined above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experience package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 11, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences and signed experience waivers for the Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as required ("Waivers") no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025; 3) confirm travel plans and Flight Certificate bookings for the Experience no later than Monday, September 8, 2025, and; 4) confirm receipt of the Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Monday, September 22, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund.

All Guests participating in this experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event. If Guests do not submit Waivers by the deadline described above the Experience will be forfeited, and the Member will be provided with a miles refund.

Guests will receive their digital Tickets to the Match via email approximately one (1) week prior to the Experience, or no later than Monday, September 22, 2025. The Tickets included in this package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other event registrations or future Atlanta United FC events.

The exact seat location of the Tickets is to be determined at the discretion of Atlanta United FC and SkyMiles Experiences. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Members and any guest must comply at all relevant times with all Stadium, Atlanta United FC, federal, state, city, and local rules, regulations, guidelines, policies and laws, as may change from time to time, as may be requested or required by Stadium. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Experience.

The four (4) Swag Bags will be mailed to Guests by Atlanta United. Guests must submit custom kit information no later than Thursday, August 21, 2025.

The Stay is valid only for the dates and room type at the Property as defined above and may not be changed. Check-in for the Stay will be on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 11:00am local time. No time or date change requests will be granted after booking. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their stay in the New England area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for ground transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The value of the Flight Certificates will total $2000 USD for all certificates ($500 USD each). Flight offer is only valid for flights between Atlanta and Boston. The Flight Certificates will be distributed to the Member via email prior to the Experience to book their flight reservations ("Reservations"). The Member is responsible for paying taxes and service fees on their Reservations. Reservations must be made and tickets issued prior to departure, with tickets issued within 24 hours of making reservations. Reservations made on delta.com must be ticketed at the time of reservation, and the number of seats available for this offer is limited. Flight Certificates must be redeemed and the ticket issued by the stated expiration date, with no extensions granted. There are no minimum or maximum stay requirements, and no blackout dates apply. Stopovers exceeding four (4) hours, open segments, and waitlisting are not permitted, and if the certificate is valid for roundtrip travel, circle and double open-jaw trips are prohibited. However, single legal open-jaw itineraries are permitted. Travel is valid on Delta-published routings and fares for a permitted area of travel up to 999 miles each way, with schedules subject to change without notice, and no compensation for involuntary denied boarding.

Flight Certificates: Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. Tickets may be canceled or reissued without penalty. Based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within 3 hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a nonrefundable fee of $75. Certificates do not include the September 11th Security Fee of at least $5.80 one way which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger's ticketed itinerary. For international itineraries, taxes and fees may be up to $600 roundtrip. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. $35 fee for first checked bag and $45 USD fee for second checked bag on domestic flights; bag fees may vary by origin and destination. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. Taxes and fees are subject to change and are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted. Standby travel is not permitted except for an earlier flight on the same day as flight ticketed, for an additional charge of $75. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Delta is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules, and these offer Terms and Conditions may be changed by Delta prior to usage and without notice.

The Flight Certificates are transferable only if it is not associated with an individual's name. If issued to an individual, it may be used by a different person as long as the original recipient ("Recipient") is traveling in the same reservation. Flight Certificates cannot be transferred for cash or other considerations, and any purchased or auctioned certificates will be confiscated, rendering travel invalid. Additional taxes, fees, surcharges, and security fees may apply, which are the Recipient's responsibility. Standard baggage fees apply, and upgrades can be purchased with a credit card or miles but are not eligible for certificate-based upgrades. Once ticketed, tickets are nonrefundable after the risk-free cancellation period, though changes are permitted at no charge if the new itinerary meets all program provisions.

Flight Certificates may not be combined with discounts, promotional fares, infant, child, or senior fares, e-certs, coupons, certificates, ticket designators, reference codes, upgrades, promotions, or group fares. Travel must be on a single marketing carrier in each direction. Each certificate is valid for one ticket only and has no cash value. It is considered fully used upon surrender and cannot be requested or replaced. The use of Flight Certificates in advertisements or by travel service businesses is strictly prohibited and will void the certificate. SkyMiles mileage credit will not be awarded for travel using this certificate. Flight Certificates expire as of the stated date, and travel must be ticketed before expiration. Once ticketed, ticket validity is subject to Delta's Contract of Carriage. This certificate cannot be used with miscellaneous charge orders, travel credit vouchers, gift certificates, or prepaid tickets. A paper ticket fee applies for tickets by mail. The number of available seats for this offer is limited. Other conditions may apply, and Delta reserves the right to change these terms without advance notice and is the final authority on their interpretation.

Match start and end times are at the discretion of the MLS and Atlanta United FC. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to the Member prior to the experience. Team rosters and player availability for both Atlanta United FC and New England are subject to change.

Parking and transportation to and from the airport, Property, and Stadium will NOT be included.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property as listed here, and all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process.
