Shaky Knees Music Festival ("Festival") is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Children 7 and under get in free with a ticketed adult.

This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day VIP' passes ("Wristbands") to Festival on Friday-Sunday, September 19-21, 2025, at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, GA (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Wristbands include all components listed above plus: a dedicated VIP Concierge in Peachtree VIP Lounge ("Lounge Concierge"); access to lockers and mobile charging units for rent ("Lockers") (collectively with the above, "VIP Amenities"). The Experience is valid only for the Festival as defined above hosted at Piedmont Park located at 1322 Monroe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30306 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, August 18, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 22, 2025, and; 3) confirm receipt of all shipped Wristbands no later than Friday, September 12, 2025, seven (7) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Member will receive their Wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your Wristbands in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. Please note, food and beverage are not included in this package. There will be food and beverage available for purchase in the VIP and General Admission areas.

Locker rental fees are not included in this Experience and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. By purchasing Wristbands, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of Wristbands is prohibited.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here.Please note: The 2025 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
