This experience includes custom access to the International Tennis Hall of Fame Induction Celebration Weekend in Newport, RI over the dates of Thursday, August 21 through Saturday, August 23, 2025 ("Event"), including: two (2) tickets to the Fit for Fame Blazer Presentation Dinner on Thursday, August 21, 2025 ("Blazer Presentation"); two (2) 2-day courtside tickets ("Courtside Tickets") to the Pro Classic on Friday, August 22 through Saturday, August 23, 2025 ("Pro Classic"); two (2) 2-day Bellevue Hospitality passes with complimentary food and beverage on Friday, August 22 through Saturday, August 23, 2025 ("Bellevue Hospitality"); access for two (2) to the Courting Fashion at Marble House Mansion presented by Chubb on Friday, August 22, 2025 ("Courting Fashion"); two (2) seats in the sponsor section at the 2025 International Tennis Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony ("ITHF Induction") on Saturday, August 23, 2025; two (2) floor seats ("Floor Seats") to the Fitz & the Tantrums ("Band") concert on Saturday, August 23, 2025 ("Concert"); access for two (2) to a private group grass tennis clinic led by a tennis Hall of Famer or tennis legend ("Talent") on a predetermined date and time between during the Event ("Clinic"), and; access for two (2) to a private guided tour of the International Tennis Hall of Fame (ITHF) Museum including vaults access on a predetermined date and time between during the Event ("Tour") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Friday, August 8, 2025; 2) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Wednesday, August 13, 2025; 2) submit signed Delta Filming and Liability waivers ("Waivers") for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") SkyMiles Experiences no later than Wednesday, August 13, 2025, and; 4) confirm receipt of all digitally transferred credentials for the Pro Classic, ITHF Induction, and Concert (collectively, "Credentials") no later than Monday, August 18, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Guests will receive their Credentials via email, no later than Monday, August 18, 2025. Entry for the Blazer Presentation and Courting Fashion events will be by guest list on-site.

The exact date and time of the Tour are to be determined at the discretion of ITHF and will take place over the dates of the Event and will be approximately one (1) hour in duration. Confirmed timing of the Tour will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience.

The exact date and time of the Clinic are to be determined at the discretion of ITHF and will take place over the dates of the Event and will be approximately 90 minutes in duration. Confirmed timing of the Clinic will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. The Talent leading the Clinic is to be determined at the sole discretion of the Event and ITHF and will be confirmed by the day of the Clinic. Exact programming of the Clinic is to be determined by Talent and SkyMiles Experiences. Guests must complete Waivers to participate in the Clinic. Experience is open to all-levels. Experience does not guarantee one-on-one access to or coaching from Talent. Guests are asked to be mindful of allowing an equal opportunity for all attendees to interact with Talent. Guests are required to wear Tennis Whites and proper tennis attire anytime they are on the court and during the Clinic.

Players announced to compete in the tournament are subject to change. Matches begin every day at 11:00am ET (depending on weather), except Saturday finals, which start at 12:00pm ET. The Order of Play is set late afternoon on the day prior. No matches are pre-scheduled.

The exact times and scheduling for this Event will be communicated to the Member prior to the Experience via the itinerary no later than Monday, August 11, 2025. Guests must arrive to the Experience by the specific times noted in their itinerary. Late arrivals for any Experience component can result in forfeiture of that inclusion with no miles refund.

By attending the Event, the Member assumes any and all risks occurring before, during or after the session, including injury by any cause. The Member releases participants, the ITHF and their respective affiliates and representatives from any related claims.

By attending the Pro Classic, the Member consents to (i) the reasonable search of the holder's person and belongings for prohibited items; (ii) the use of the holder's voice, image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video program, photograph or other transmission or reproduction of, or at, the tournament or any surrounding activities for any and all purposes without further authorization or compensation.

The exact location of the Courtside Seats is to be determined at the discretion of ITHF and SkyMiles Experiences. SkyMiles Experiences is not responsible for Guests' satisfaction with the location.

The Concert will take place on the Stadium Court following the Induction Ceremony. The exact location of the Floor Seats is to be determined at the discretion of ITHF and SkyMiles Experiences. SkyMiles Experiences is not responsible for Guests' satisfaction with the location. This Experience does not include access to the Band.

This components of this Experience are outdoors and will continue rain or shine unless the Event deems the conditions unsafe to continue. If a session is canceled after one match on Stadium Court is completed, no exchanges or refunds will be made.

Parking and transportation are not included in this package.

The celebrities and players participating in the Pro Classic, Clinic Talent, Band, and other expected attendees at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific Talent or celebrities during the dates of the  Experience. ITHF, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. Photos and autographs are not included in this Experience.

Please note additional SkyMiles Members will be in attendance for the Experience.

Food and beverage will be served at the Bellevue Hospitality, Courting Fashion, Blazer Presentation, and Concert. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets. Event cannot accommodate specific dietary requests.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event, here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
