Festival is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site. A maximum of two (2) children 8 and under are free with a ticketed adult.

This experience includes: two (2) '2-Day VIP Admission' tickets ("VIP Tickets") to Up in the Sky Music Festival ("Festival") on Friday-Saturday, August 7-8, 2026, at Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen, CO (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the VIP Tickets include: access to a dedicated, front-of-stage viewing area at the main stage ("Viewing Area"); unlimited access to VIP Village with relaxed seating, shade, and air-conditioned restrooms, plus direct access to the Viewing Area ("Lounge Access"); access to a dedicated bars with complimentary, select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and complimentary curated food stations (collectively, "F&B"); access to the official Festival afterparty ("Afterparty Access"), and; dedicated premium entrance into the Festival (collectively, the "VIP Ticket Inclusions"). The Experience is valid only for the Festival on the dates outlined above. The Festival is located at Buttermilk Mountain, 38700 HWY 82, Aspen, CO ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, June 15, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, June 19, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of all shipped VIP Tickets no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, seven (7) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

The Member will receive their VIP Tickets via FedEx one (1) week prior to the Festival. VIP Tickets are provided as physical wristbands and are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your VIP Tickets in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

Viewing Area and seating within the Lounge Access will have limited capacity and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. SkyMiles Experiences is not responsible for Guests' satisfaction with their view.

Select, complimentary F&B is included as part of the Experience. Additional food and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase throughout the Festival.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid food and beverages during the Experience which may contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or otherwise choose to restrict from their diet.

Please note: The 2026 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, here. Viewing Area is unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of VIP Tickets is prohibited.

The Festival will take place rain or shine. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancelled events due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.

AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT AND NOT TO THE FESTIVAL PARTIES.
