Terms and Conditions: Delta SkyMiles^® American Express Card Member Access

Overview:

The Rolling Stone Residency is hosted at the Cherry Lane Theater in New York City and will include six (6) shows. Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card Members ("Card Members") can redeem 20,000 miles to receive a package of two (2) tickets to the show on Thursday, June 11, 2026, while supplies last. Each ticket includes the following: pre-show dinner for two at Wild Cherry, tickets to view a 30-minute on-stage interview hosted by Rolling Stone editors, and tickets to a performance from the show's featured artist. Show dates and artists are subject to change.

By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

Tickets to The Rolling Stone Residency are available for redemption for all Basic Delta SkyMiles^® American Express Card Members within the United States who have an active Delta SkyMiles account, a valid, eligible Card at the time of redemption, and at least 20,000 miles in their SkyMiles account. Delta SkyMiles American Express Cards include the following Cards: Delta SkyMiles Blue, Delta SkyMiles Gold and Gold Business, Delta SkyMiles Platinum and Platinum Business, and Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business American Express Cards.

Redemption Details:

Tickets will be available for redemption beginning on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, and ending on Thursday, June 4, 2026, while supplies last. Redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each package of two tickets requires a redemption of 20,000 miles. Limit one (1) package of two (2) tickets per Card Member per event.

Limitations and Restrictions:

Tickets may not be transferred, exchanged, returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit. This experience may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Liability and Waiver:

Delta, American Express, Rolling Stone, and their affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this experience. By redeeming, you agree to release and hold harmless Delta, American Express, Rolling Stone, and their affiliates, together with their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability.

General Terms:

All SkyMiles program rules apply. Visit www.skymilesexperiences.com for details. Redemption is subject to verification and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the experience may result in disqualification.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. You agree that we may notify you of any updated Terms by posting them on the SkyMiles Experiences platform so that they are accessible via a link from the home page, and/or by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us. All such changes are effective immediately when we post them, or such later date as may be specified in the notice of updated Terms. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse is to cease using the SkyMiles Experiences platform.

Terms and Conditions: Rolling Stone Residency

Guests must be 21+ to participate. Valid photo ID required on-site for age verification.

All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event, as defined herein. If any Guest does not complete and return the required Waiver by the deadline described below, the Member will forfeit the Experience and will not be provided with a miles refund.

Meet and greets, photographs and autographs with performing talent ("Talent") are not included in this package.

This experience includes: two (2) tickets ("Tickets") to The Rolling Stone Residency on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Cherry Lane Theatre in New York, NY ("Residency"), and; a private Delta SkyMiles^® Card Member Pre-show dinner for two (2) guests at Wild Cherry Restaurant inside the Cherry Lane Theatre ("Dinner") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Experience includes access to a stripped-down performance by the performing artist and on-stage interview with Talent (collectively, "Talent Inclusions"); limited edition merchandise ("Gifts"), and; two (2) Delta aircraft trading cards ("Trading Cards") (collectively with the above, "Experience Inclusions"). The Experience is valid only as defined above taking place at 38 Commerce St, New York, NY ("Venue"). Experience cannot be exchanged for another performance during the Cherry Lane Residency. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Friday, June 5, 2026, and; 2) submit all attending information for Member and one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Talent is subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Residency's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific Talent performing during the Residency. Rolling Stone, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

Additional information on the Tickets will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

Gifts and Trading Cards will be distributed on-site during the Experience. Gifts will be fulfilled by Rolling Stone and Delta, and there is no guarantee that certain items will be included. Rolling Stone and Delta have sole discretion on the items included in the Gifts.

Dinner will be provided for two (2) guests at Wild Cherry Restaurant ("Restaurant") inside the Cherry Lane Theatre. The Dinner provided by the Experience will be from a pre-selected menu determined at the discretion of Rolling Stone, Restaurant, and Delta. Substitutions will not be available. Guests must submit all dietary restrictions by Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets. Additional details on timing and arrival instructions will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

Please note, food and beverage outside of the Dinner outlined above are not included in this package. There will be food and beverage available for purchase at the Venue.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this Experience.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
