Guests must be 8+ to attend the pre-game press conference and pre-game batting practice viewing. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.  

All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.   

All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event, as defined herein. If any Guest does not complete and return the required Waiver by the deadline described below, the Member will forfeit the Experience and will not be provided with a miles refund. 

This experience includes: four (4) Delta SKY360° Club tickets ("Tickets") to the New York Mets ("Mets") vs. San Diego baseball game on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 7:10pm ET ("Game"); one (1) parking pass ("Parking Pass"); complimentary food and beverage ("F&B"); access for four (4) to a pre-game press conference ("Press Conference Access"), and; access for four (4) to the pre-game batting practice viewing ("Batting Practice Access") (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at Citi Field, 41 Seaver Wy, Flushing, NY 11368 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, June 29, 2026; 2) submit guest information for the Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences, including signed liability waivers ("Waivers") for all Guests no later than Friday, July 3, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Tickets and Parking Pass collectively, ("Experience Credentials") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 14, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund. 

The Experience Credentials will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Game, no later than Friday, August 14, 2026, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the tickets to enter the Stadium for the Game and the Experience. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.

Guests are expected to arrive by 3:45pm for Press Conference Access and Batting Practice Access (collectively, "Pre-Game Inclusions"). If the Guests do not arrive by the designated times, there is no guarantee that they will still be able to participate in the Pre-Game Inclusions. Miles refunds will not be provided for missed experience components caused by late arrivals. Batting Practice Access is based on availability and is subject to change and/or cancellation without notice.

Please note: Guests are expected to remain seated and quiet during the Press Conference Access. Additional details on the Press Conference Access will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. 

Batting Practice Access credentials will be distributed upon arrival to the ballpark. The Batting Practice Access entitles four (4) Guests to a maximum of a 70 minute supervised batting practice viewing during the period of time when the New York Mets take batting/infield practice on Monday, August 17, 2026. Photos and autographs from New York Mets players, staff, or coaches (collectively, "MLB personnel") are not guaranteed. Please note that the Batting Practice Access is for viewing only. Guests will only be permitted on the warning track behind home plate.

Game start and end times are at the discretion of the MLB. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience. Team rosters and player availability for the New York Mets and San Diego are subject to change. The MLB, New York Mets, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. 

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet. 

Exact seating assignments are to be determined at the discretion of Delta SkyMiles Experiences and the Mets.

This Experience does not include access to any players, coaches, staff, or other MLB Personnel.

Transportation is NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Experience is subject to change without notice and is void where prohibited by law. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
