This experience includes: one (1) 6-night wellness retreat for two (2) guests in one (1) private double occupancy Guest Cottage ("Room Type") at The Ranch Malibu ("Property"), checking in on Sunday, September 6, 2026, and checking out on Saturday, September 12, 2026 ("Stay"), and; access for two (2) guests to The Ranch Malibu wellness program including all components as listed above ("Wellness Program")(collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Experience includes: meals and snacks ("Meals and Snacks") each full day of the Stay; daily massages ("Daily Massage") for guest each per full day of the Stay, and; roundtrip airport transfer for two (2) guests ("Roundtrip Airport Transfer") from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Sunday, September 6, 2026 and to LAX from the Property on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The Property is located at 12220 Cotharin Rd, Malibu, CA 90265. This Experience is valid only for the specified dates and location outlined above and cannot be altered, rescheduled, transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or property credit. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, June 29, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, July 3, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of Property reservation by Monday, August 24, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance.

The Stay is valid only as defined above and may not be changed. Check-in for the Stay will be on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 1:00pm PT and check-out will be on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 10:00am PT. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Malibu, CA area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for any other meals or services unless otherwise listed above.  

The Guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to the Experience, but please note that substitutions or alternative menu items may not be available. Guests with strict dietary requirements and/or allergies are responsible for communicating their dietary needs to onsite staff and are expected to avoid all food and beverages during the Experience which may contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Room Type features either one (1) king bed or two (2) queen beds. Bed reference may be requested prior to arrival; however, Room Type assignments are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed.

The Wellness Credit can be used towards elective treatments and services including IV Therapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Energy Healing, Chiropractic sessions, and Private Fitness and Yoga Classes. These additional services are designed to maximize results and/or enhance recovery time. Delta Air Lines and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any services provided on-site at the experience, whether included as part of this package, purchased using the Wellness Credit, or purchased separately by the Member through the facility. Should anything out of the ordinary occur, the Property staff is professionally trained and equipped to handle a range of medical emergency scenarios.

Meals and Snacks include all meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks throughout the duration of the Stay. Meals and Snacks will consist of plant-based fare that feature the finest vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses, legumes and seeds, while excluding alcohol, processed sugars, artificial sweeteners, dairy, soy and gluten to aid in the cleansing and revitalization process. Property can accommodate most dietary restrictions, however, please note that while the Property can avoid nuts for Meals and Snacks, the Property is not a nut-free facility and there may be cross-contamination. 

The Daily Massage for each guest will last 50 minutes and are available on every full day of Stay, not including check-in or check-out days. The Daily Massage type will be Deep Tissue and pressure can be adjusted based on Guests' preference.

Roundtrip Airport Transfers for two (2) guests from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) will be provided on Sunday, September 6, 2026 to the Property and on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from the Property to LAX. Transportation outside of these dates or additional drop-off locations will not be permitted. Transportation beyond what is specifically outlined herein is not included. Guests are strongly encouraged to book departing flights from LAX no earlier than 1:00pm local time on Saturday, September 12, 2026 to allow adequate travel time from the Property to the airport. The Property, SkyMiles Experiences, and Delta are not responsible for any missed travel if Guests do not arrive on time or miss the provided Roundtrip Airport Transfer by the Property.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible Stay room; some variations may be applicable. Specific Room Type may be subject to change. Bed types, room configurations, and décor may vary among different rooms for the specific Stay room. 

This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, parking, ground transportation to/from the airport or while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, food and beverage, or other optional activities, incidentals, and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
