This experience includes: access for two (2) on Windstar Cruises' 8-Day Classic Italy & Dalmatian Coast cruise through Rome, Italy and Venice, Italy on Wednesday through Thursday,  September 2-10, 2026 ("Cruise") in one (1) double occupancy Ocean View Suite Category B ("Room Type") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Cruise includes all meals, including 24-hour room service on board for two (2) ("Onboard Meals"); all non-alcoholic beverages on board for two (2) guests ("Onboard Beverages"); one (1) champagne welcome for two (2) guests ("Champagne Welcome"); Wi-Fi packages for two (2) guests for the duration of the Cruise ("Wi-Fi"); onboard entertainment ("Entertainment"), and; all port fees and taxes for two (2) guests ("Port Fees and Taxes") (collectively, "Cruise Inclusions"). Further the Room Type includes: one (1) queen size bed with luxurious linens; waffle weave robe and slippers; TV; hair dryers; L'Occitane bath amenities; granite vanity with magnifying mirror and chair; mirrored closet with ample drawer space, and; safe. This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. This Experience is valid only as outlined above and cannot be altered, transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or property credit. Any additional purchases separate to this Experience is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and provide primary contact information contact information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than_Monday, June 29, 2026; 2) submit guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences for all Guests no later than_Friday, July 3, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of all travel itineraries for the Experience as provided by SkyMiles Experiences by_Monday, August 3, 2026._Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund. 

The Cruise is valid only for the Room Type and dates as defined above and may not be changed. The Cruise will depart from Rome, Italy on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, and end in Rome, Italy on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. No time or date change requests will be grantedMember is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Cruise.Pre- and post-Experience accommodations are not included in this Experience. The Cruise does not include costs for transportation, on-land food and beverage, onboard excursions or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Full itinerary and details will be provided prior to the Experience. 

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet during the Experience. Guests must notify their SkyMiles Representative of any dietary restrictions by Monday, June 29, 2026. 

The Member will be connected with a SkyMiles Experiences representative after the auction closes to confirm travel plans. Guests are subject to all Property rules and policies. Guest must provide dietary requirements, a main point of contact cell phone number while traveling, and relevant medical information for Guests are required prior to arrival.

The Cruise includes accommodations in one (1) double occupancy Ocean View Suite cabin aboard the Wind Surf ("Ship"). The exact room assignment is to be determined based on availability during the Cruise dates, at the discretion of the Property. The Cruise is valid for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. All reservations require credit card to secure your reservation for security and incidentals.

Guests are responsible for sourcing and purchasing their own travel arrangements to Rome and from Vancouver including airfare, ground transportation and any additional transportation types. Guests will be To board, Guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of the Cruise. When booking flights, we recommend that Guests arrive in Rome by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Return flights should be arranged to leave Venice after 1:00pm local time on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

This Experience is valid for two (2) people only, as defined above. Additional guests and upgrades to a higher category cabin are subject to prevailing rates at an additional cost to the Member and granted based on availability and at the discretion of Windstar. Travel protection packages are available for purchase through Windstar Guest Services. All Suites and Staterooms are smoke-free. All photography is representative of Windstar Cruises' Ship but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change. This Experience does not include the optional activities or additional costs, including but not limited to, spa charges, alcoholic beverages, boutique purchases, telephone calls, excursions, onshore activities or tours, events or meals in the ports of call, pre-cruise or post-cruise hotels, airfare, or ground transportation, and gratuities are the responsibility of the attending Guests.

All participants must provide a valid credit card for security. The Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay per person per day. Such charges will be added to the Member's on board spending account and collected on the final day of the cruise.All additional gratuities charged during the duration of this experience are at the full responsibility of the Member and will not be covered by Delta Air Lines or SkyMiles Experiences (collectively, "Delta")Checked baggage fees vary depending on the airline carrier. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences Experience are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

At time of Experience redemption, please discuss any accessibility needs with the Windstar Reservations team, no less than 45 days in advance of Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Ask your Windstar Reservations representative about available accessibility accommodations if you feel you may have special accessibility requests. Guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around the Ship

At time of Experience redemption, please discuss any medical dietary needs with the Windstar Reservations team, no less than 45 days in advance of Wednesday, September 2, 2026. The Reservations team can work to arrange to have no sugar, low sodium meals, gluten free, and plant-based items for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available in all rooms for storing insulin or other refrigerated medications.

This Experience does not include pre/post hotels, shore excursions, gratuities, ground transportation, alcoholic beverages, specialty dining charges, boutique purchases, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. The Cruise does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Experience._ 

It is strongly recommended that all Guests purchase international travel insurance prior to the Experience. Travel insurance is not included in this Experience and is the responsibility of the Guests to source and purchase if they so choose. Further, international travel visa requirements may apply. Please check federal travel guidelines in advance of the Experience.

Airfare is not included in this Experience. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this Experience is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

By placing a bid on this Experience, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by Windstar, as listed here.

Other General Terms:_Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder._If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This Experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies,_terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences_User Agreement.
