All Guests must be 21+ to participate and consume alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day VIP' tickets ("VIP Tickets") to Capitol Hill Block Party, Friday through Sunday, August 7-9, 2026, in Seattle, WA ("Festival") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, VIP Tickets include: dedicated check-in line; access to two (2) VIP lounges with private bars, restrooms, and seating, and; phone charging stations and snacks (collectively, "VIP Inclusions"). The Experience is valid only as described above. The Festival is located at 1122 E Pike St, Seattle, WA 98112 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, July 13, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, July 17, 2026, and; 3) confirm ticket redemption no later than Friday, July 31, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

The Member will receive codes to redeem their VIP Tickets online. VIP Tickets are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.

Food and beverages ("F&B") are not included as part of the Experience. F&B are available for purchase in the General Admission and VIP areas. It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid F&B during the Experience which may contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or otherwise choose to restrict from their diet.

Seating is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note: The 2026 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on the website here. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

The Festival is held rain or shine. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes due to weather.

For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all Guests and personal belongings are subject to a security inspection prior to entry. Guests that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. The Festival's Allowed and Prohibited items can be found here.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package. Public transit or rideshare to the Festival is strongly encouraged.

By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
