All Guests must be 14+ to attend and 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event, as defined herein. If any Guest does not complete and return the required Waiver by the deadline described below, the Member will forfeit the Experience and will not be provided with a miles refund.

This experience includes: access for two (2) guests to dine with a New York Yankees ("Yankees") Executive ("Yankees Executive") on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 12:00pm ET ("Lunch") at New York Yankees Steak ("Restaurant"); two (2) premium tickets to the New York Yankees vs. St. Louis baseball game on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 7:05pm ET ("Game"); two (2) souvenir Yankee baseballs (one (1) per guest) ("Souvenir Baseball"), and; two (2) parking passes (one (1) pass for the Lunch and one (1) pass for the Game) ("Parking Pass(es)") (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at Yankees Stadium, 1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, July 13, 2026; 2) submit guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences, including signed liability waivers ("Waivers") and dietary restrictions for all Guests no later than Friday, July 17, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, July 31, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Tickets will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Game, no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash. The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the Tickets to enter Yankee Stadium for the Lunch and Game. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon.

The Lunch will take place from 12:00-2:00pm ET at NY Steak located at Yankee Stadium. Full details and arrival instructions will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. This Experience does not guarantee access to any specific Yankees Executive or other Yankees personnel. Photos and autographs with the Yankees Executive are not guaranteed or included as part of this part of the Experience. Yankees, Delta Air Lines ("Delta"), and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. Guests must exit the Stadium after the Lunch concludes and may return when gates open at 5:30pm ET for the Game. Any additional items ordered beyond what is included in the prix fixe menu is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet. The Lunch provided by the Experience will be from a prix fixe menu determined at the discretion of Delta and Yankees. Substitutions may not be available. Guests must submit all dietary restrictions by Friday, July 17, 2026.

Member will receive one (1) Parking Pass for the Lunch and one (1) Parking Pass for the Game via email. Transportation is NOT included in this package.

Game start and end times are at the discretion of MLB, Yankees, and Delta. Team rosters and player availability for the Yankees are subject to change. The MLB, Yankees, Delta, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Experience is subject to change without notice and is void where prohibited by law. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
