All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event, as defined herein. If any Guest does not complete and return the required Waiver by the deadline described below, the Member will forfeit the Experience and will not be provided with a miles refund.

Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

Players participating in batting practice are not guaranteed.

This experience includes: four (4) Delta SKY360° Suite tickets ("Tickets") to the New York Yankees ("Yankees") vs. Tampa Bay baseball game on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 1:35pm ET ("Game"); four (4) passes to the pre-game batting practice viewing  ("Pre-Game Batting Practice Passes"), and; the opportunity for one (1) adult 18+ to throw the Ceremonial First Pitch prior to the Game ("First Pitch Opportunity") (collectively, the "Experience"). Experience is only valid for the date specified above taking place at Yankees Stadium, 1 E 161st St, Bronx, NY 10451 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to another date or location, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member"). 

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, July 27, 2026; 2) submit guest information for the Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences, including signed liability waivers ("Waivers") for all Guests no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 21, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Tickets will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member no later than Friday, August 21, 2026, provided that all Waivers have been signed and submitted by the above deadline. Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded, transferred, or applied to other dates and may not be redeemed for cash.  The SkyMiles Member that is the winning bidder must be present and use one of the Tickets to enter the Stadium for the Game and the Experience. Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified thereon. 

The Pre-Game Batting Practice Passes entitle four (4) Guests, ages seven (7) and older, to a maximum of a 40-minute supervised batting practice viewing Experience on Saturday, August 22, 2026 ("Batting Practice Experience"). Any minor participating in the Batting Practice Experience must be accompanied by an adult. The Pre-Game Batting Practice Passes will be distributed upon arrival to the ballpark. Full details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience. Please note: Batting Practice Access does not include access to any MLB players, staff, coaches, etc. ("MLB Personnel"). The MLB Personnel participating in the Batting Practice Experience are subject to change. Photos and autographs from MLB Personnel are not included in the Batting Practice Experience unless otherwise specified herein. Please note that the Batting Practice Experience is for viewing only. Guests will only be permitted on the warning track behind home plate.

The First Pitch Opportunity will occur prior to the Game. Only two (2) Guests will be allowed on the field during the First Pitch Opportunity: one (1) pitcher ("Honorary Pitcher") and one (1) Guest observing. The remaining two (2) Guests will watch from their assigned seats. The Guest who participates as the Honorary Pitcher must be 18+ to participate in the First Pitch Opportunity. The Honorary Pitcher must be able to successfully throw a baseball from the pitcher's mound to home plate (approx. ~40-50 feet). The Yankees will provide a baseball and catcher for the First Pitch Opportunity.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet. 

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package. There is parking available at the Stadium. See here for maps, and details on driving and parking at the Stadium. 

Game start and end times are at the discretion of the MLB. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience. Team rosters and player availability for the Yankees are subject to change. The MLB, Yankees, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Stadium, as listed here. 

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
