The winning member ("Member") must be 23+ or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23+. Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. This cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win.
This package includes: one (1) 5-night stay for up to six (6) guests in a three-bedroom property at 1 Hotel South Beach ("Property") on Tuesday through Sunday, September 15-20, 2026 ("Stay") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Experience includes access to the following amenities: a limited-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, separate living room, sleeper sofa, and private balcony (collectively, "Experience Amenities"). The Experience is only valid for the dates specified at the above Property located at 2341 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 and may not be transferred to other dates, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder Member.
Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information for the Member and guests (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, August 3, 2026, and; 2) sign occupancy agreement and provide valid credit card to the Exclusive Resorts representative no later than Friday, August 7, 2026. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.
Experience Amenities are complimentary; however, Guests are responsible for covering the cost of gratuity for their services. Guests can request the concierge to order groceries and assist with any other preferred activity but will be responsible for covering the costs associated with each type of service or experience that the concierge books.
All photography is representative of the Property portfolio but may not include photographs of the eligible Property; some variations may be applicable; specific Property may be subject to change.
Check-in for the Stay will be Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 11:00am local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended Stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Miami area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item and no miles refund will be given.
Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.
Guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
