All Guests participating in this Experience will be required to fill out a Waiver prior to the event, as defined herein. If any Guest does not complete and return the required Waiver by the deadline described below, the Member will forfeit the Experience and will not be provided with a miles refund.

All guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: two (2) suite tickets with reserved haptics seating ("Suite Tickets") to a Sphere in Las Vegas, NV ("Venue") show on Saturday, August 22, 2026 (collectively, "Show"), and; two (2) Delta SKY360° Club tickets ("Club Tickets") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Suite Tickets include food and beverage ("In-Suite F&B") within the shared suite ("Suite"). The Experience is only valid as defined above and may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for Venue credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, July 27, 2026; 2) submit guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") including dietary preferences, accessibility requirements, and signed liability waivers ("Waivers") for all Guests as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Suite Tickets and Club Tickets (collectively, "Credentials") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 21, 2026. Failure to confirm any of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Credentials will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the Member prior to the Experience, no later than Friday, August 21, 2026. All Credentials are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon.

Doors open at 6:30pm PT and the Show begins at 8:00pm PT.

The exact seating assignment of the Suite Tickets are to be determined at the sole discretion of the Venue and SkyMiles Experiences. The Suite Tickets will be located within a shared hospitality space with other SkyMiles Members and guests in attendance.

Seating within the Delta SKY360° Club ("Club") is unassigned and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Club access is shared with other Sphere patrons. The Club Tickets are valid for access to the Club for the duration of the Show. Exact length and timing of access is subject to the availability of Sphere and its private event reservations. Guests will receive Club Tickets on-site on the day of the Experience. The Club will have beverages and snacks available for purchase. Substitutions may not be available. The Club will operate as a cash bar only. Any purchases made within the Club are the responsibility of the Guests.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid F&B during the Experience which may contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or otherwise choose to restrict from their diet. In-Suite F&B will be pre-ordered and are determined at the discretion of the Venue, and substitutions may not be available. Any additional purchases made are the responsibility of the Guests.

Show start and end times are subject to change and are determined at the discretion of the Venue and the performing talent ("Performing Talent"). Full details on schedule, arrival instructions, and policies will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience.

Please note: The Performing Talent, including opening acts, at the Show are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Show's discretion. The Performing Talent, Venue, Delta Air Lines ("Delta"), and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or Show.

This Experience does NOT include access to Performing Talent.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package. Ride Share to the Experience is strongly encouraged. For more information on parking at the Venue, see here.

Events at Sphere are immersive experiences that, depending on the event, may include elements such as seat haptics, movement sensations, flashing lights, intense lighting, visual effects, loud noises, falling and flying objects, projectiles, pyrotechnics and atmospheric simulations such as fog, wind, bubbles, mist and scent. Such elements may aggravate certain medical or physical conditions, and guests should take into consideration if they have a history of discomfort or physical symptoms when experiencing these elements, prior to bidding on this Experience. Accessibility requests should be submitted to SkyMiles Experiences promptly upon confirmation of Experience.

For the safety of everyone entering the Show, all Guests are subject to a full and complete security screening prior to entry. By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
