Festival is an event suitable for all ages. All Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site. A maximum of two (2) children 8 years old and under are free with a ticketed adult.

This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day VIP' tickets ("VIP Tickets") to the 2026 Shaky Knees Music Festival ("Festival"), Friday through Sunday, September 18-20, 2026, at Piedmont Park in Atlanta, GA (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the VIP Tickets include access to all GA Amenities, plus: access to on-field viewing areas at Peachtree, Piedmont, and Ponce de Leon Stages, just behind Platinum ("Viewing Area/s"); unlimited access to three (3) VIP Lounges featuring relaxed seating ("Lounge Seating"), shade, air-conditioned restrooms, a dedicated festival merch store, and direct access to Viewing Areas ("Lounge Access"); private bars in the VIP Lounges with drinks for purchase, plus complimentary beer, soda, energy drinks & water; dedicated VIP-only food vendors for purchase (collectively, "F&B"); lockers and mobile charging units for rent ("Rental Amenities"); on-site VIP hospitality staff, and; a dedicated VIP entrance lane into festival at Main Festival Entrance ("VIP Entrance Lane") (collectively, the "VIP Ticket Inclusions"). The Experience is valid only for the Festival on the dates outlined above. The Festival is located at 1320 Monroe Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30306 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, July 27, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of all shipped VIP Tickets no later than Friday, September 11, 2026, seven (7) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

The Member will receive their VIP Tickets via FedEx one (1) week prior to the Festival. VIP Tickets are physical wristbands and are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your VIP Tickets in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

During peak Festival entry times, security may open the VIP Entrance Lane to all Festival guests.

Viewing Areas and Lounge Seating will have limited capacity and are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. SkyMiles Experiences is not responsible for Guests' satisfaction with their Viewing Areas.

Please note: The 2026 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, here. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

Rental Amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

F&B is not included as part of the Experience, unless otherwise specified above. F&B is available for purchase in the VIP Lounges and throughout the Festival. It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid food and beverages during the Experience which may contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or otherwise choose to restrict from their diet.

Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their Guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of VIP Tickets is prohibited.

The Festival will take place rain or shine. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancelled events due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.

ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS PROMOTION OR AUCTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE DELTA AIR LINES, INC. AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT AND NOT TO THE PROMOTER PARTIES. THE PROMOTER PARTIES WILL BE RELEASED, INDEMNIFIED, AND HELD HARMLESS, AND FURTHER MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE DELTA ENTITIES AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT.
