All guests must be 21+ to participate. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: two (2) '9-Day Premier Passes' ("Passes") to the 24th Annual Martha's Vineyard African-American Film Festival ("Festival"), Friday-Sunday, August 7-15 in Martha's Vineyard, MA (collectively, "Experience"). Further, Experience includes access for two (2) guests to the following events: Performing Arts Center ("Performing Arts Center Access"); Opening Reception ("Opening Reception"); Opening Night Programming & Conversation ("Opening Night Programming"); Opening Night Party ("Opening Night Party");  Closing Night Programming & Conversation ("Closing Night Programming"); Closing Night Party ("Closing Night Party");  Summer White Party ("Summer White Party"); and access for Vineyard Lounge ("Vineyard Lounge Access") (collectively, "Experience Inclusions"). The Experience is valid only as defined above taking place at The Martha's Vineyard Performing Arts Center 100 Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard, MA ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experience package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, July 27, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests"), as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, July 31, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of Passes no later than Monday, August 3, 2026. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Passes grant Guests access to the Experience Inclusions, including all film screenings, panels, and post-screening conversations taking place August 7-15, 2026. The Passes do not include admission to any special events ("Special Events") not listed in the Experience Inclusions, or any event designated by the Festival as a Special Event. Any additional tickets or purchases outside of the Experience Inclusions are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Performing Arts Center Access is subject to Venue capacity. Guests should arrive 20-30 minutes prior to each scheduled program start time. Entry will be granted first to 9-Day Passholders, and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vineyard Lounge Access is included; however, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gift bags and program books are included while supplies last and are not guaranteed.

Cameras, video, or other recording equipment are strictly prohibited during screenings. 

This package does not include access to all Special Events programming, but additional tickets for Special Events not included in this package can be purchased directly through the Festival website.

Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Full Experience details including specific event locations and timing will be distributed to the Member prior to the Experience. Please be advised that additional guests will be in attendance throughout the Experience.

Please note: Participating talent, directors, actors, and speakers ("Talent") are subject to change due to schedule changes or cancellations determined at the Festival's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific Talent during the Festival. This package does not include access to Talent. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the participating Talent or Festival schedule.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Festival, as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
