Delta One^® service is unavailable on certain dates and may not be available for all requested travel dates. If Delta One^® service is unavailable for all or part of the itinerary, a comparable premium cabin product operated by a Delta partner airline may be substituted.

This package includes: round-trip 'Delta One' airfare for two (2) guests from any Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta") origin in the U.S. to Malta with Delta One Lounge access, subject to originating airport ("Airfare"); one (1) four-night stay for two (2) guests in a Harbour View Suite ("Room") at Iniala Valletta ("Property") in Malta (collectively, the "Stay"); one (1) guided exploration tour of Valletta with local tastings for two (2) guests ("Guided Exploration Tour"); one (1) after-hours visit to St. John's Co-Cathedral with private recital ("Visit To St. John's Co-Cathedral"), and; round-trip private airport transfers for two (2) guests pre- and post- experience ("Airport Transfers") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Stay includes daily breakfast for two (2) at Iniala Breakfast Club ("Breakfast"); one (1) dinner at ION Harbour including a seven-course tasting menu ("Dinner"), and; one (1) Signature Iniala Massage for two (2) guests ("Massage") (collectively, the "Stay Inclusions"). Iniala Valletta in Malta is located at 11 St Barbara Bastion, Valletta, Malta. This Experience cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

This Experience must be fully redeemed (booked and flown) by October 23, 2026. Confirmed dates of travel are subject to Property availability as well as applicable Blackout Dates as defined herein. The Member will be introduced to a Delta Vacations Customer Engagement Center representative ("DLV Representative") via email after the auction closes to book the hotel, flight and reservation times for the Experience components ("Scheduling Requests"). Scheduling Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the requested dates. All Experience components are based on availability. Once finalized with the DLV Representative, the confirmed Experience dates ("Confirmed Experience Dates") may not be rescheduled by the Member. To ensure compliance with the 30-day advance booking requirement, all travel must be completed by October 23, 2026, and Scheduling Requests must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund, as outlined in the terms below.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026; 2) Submit Scheduling Request at least 30 days in advance of desired travel dates, no later than September 21, 2026; 3) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than 14-days prior to the Experience, and; 4) confirm receipt of Confirmed Experience Dates and booked flights ("Flights") at least 14-days prior to the Experience. Failure to confirm any of the above with Delta Vacations will result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Delta One Lounges are currently available at SEA, LAX, BOS, and JFK airports in the U.S. ("Delta One Lounge Airports"). Delta One Lounge access will only be available for flights departing from any of the Delta One Lounge Airports. If the Guests' flight do not depart from any of the Delta One Lounge Airports, they will not have access to a Delta One Lounge. Miles refunds will not be provided for confirmed itineraries that do not fly out of Delta One Lounge Airports.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to source and obtain relevant travel documentation required for entry into Malta from the U.S. within the timeline required by the issuing entities. Refunds will not be granted for cancelled or untraveled experiences due to insufficient travel documentation.

The Stay is valid only as defined above. The Stay cannot be combined with other offers. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay is for two (2) Guests only and no additional Guests will be granted permission to Stay. Check-in is at 2:00 pm on the designated check-in date, checkout is at 11:00 am on the designated checkout date, and no time or date change requests will be granted. An Environmental Contribution fee of €0.50 per adult, per night is payable at the hotel, increasing to €1.50 from July 1, 2026.

The Member is responsible for covering all incidentals and must provide a valid credit card and photo ID for security upon check-in. Cancellation of the Confirmed Experience Dates will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item and no refunds will be granted. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

In the event the Confirmed Experience Dates chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Property due to an unforeseen circumstance or a Property buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling. Note that Delta Vacation's standard cancellation policy does not apply to this experience. This Experience will be fulfilled via Delta Vacations' ("DLV") trip certificate ("Trip Certificate"). The Airfare is only valid as defined above. Airfare booking is permitted on designated flights operated by Delta; the Delta Connection^® carriers: Endeavor Air, Republic Airways, and SkyWest; and Delta Shuttle^® carriers: Republic Airways. Airfare booking via other Delta-affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The Member shall be responsible for ground travel to and from the airport served by such flights. Airfare must be round-trip. Reservations must be made, and tickets must be issued prior to departure. DLV must make all reservations and issue all travel documentation. Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Space is subject to availability.

Subject to availability; blackouts may apply. Experience is not valid with previously purchased trip. Trip certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles Award Travel or promotional offers/tickets. Tickets and certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value. If any component of the trip, air or land, exceeds the value specified on the certificate, the recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at the time of booking. 

Travel Certificate is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or Prepaid tickets. Trip Certificate is non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Purchased Trip Certificates are subject to confiscation, and you will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Trip Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered.

The Dinner will take place on one day during the Experience to be scheduled once the Confirmed Experience Dates have been decided. The Dinner menu is based solely on Property discretion, and substitutions may not be available.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet throughout the Stay.

Guided Exploration Tour and Visit To St. John's Co-Cathedral will be fulfilled directly by Exclusively Malta. 

Trip Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the Trip Certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through DLV. Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded and cannot be used for another booking or another service component.

Property taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Checked luggage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Fees are charged each way and are subject to change. Refer to delta.com for current rates.

A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available. Substitutions will not be allowed.

SkyMiles mileage credit and/or Medallion^® Qualification Dollars (MQDs) may or may not be awarded.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change. 

The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the scheduled travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid. By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed here.

By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to receive a follow-up email from Delta Vacations with details of a special booking offer.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
