JAS Labor Day Experience is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site. Children 4 and under are free with a ticketed adult.

This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day Silver Donor' passes ("Passes") to JAS Labor Day Experience, Friday through Sunday, September 4-6, 2026 ("Festival"), at Snowmass Town Park in Snowmass, CO ("Venue"), and; two (2) JAS Labor Day Experience take-home gifts (1 per guest) ("Take-Home Gifts") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Passes include: open seating on the Donor patio and tent ("Donor Lounges"); access to Food Festival within Music Festival with live cooking stations serving exciting dishes from a variety of local restaurants ("Food Festival"); nightly open bar, grilled fare, dinner & dessert ("Night F&B"); access to Silver Lift - raised platform by soundboard ("VIP Platform"); prominent listing in the event program ("Prominent Listing"), and access to front-of-stage viewing areas (standing room only) ("VIP Viewing Areas") (collectively, "Pass Inclusions"). The Venue is located at 2000 Brush Creek Road Snowmass Village, CO 81615. Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026, 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 7, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of the Passes with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 28, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Passes will be distributed via digital transfer to the Member prior to the Festival, no later than Friday, August 28, 2026. Passes are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon and are non-transferable.

Take-Home Gifts will be distributed on-site during the Festival. Full details and pick up instructions will be provided prior to the Experience. Take-Home Gifts are fulfilled by the Festival and there is no guarantee that certain items are included. The Festival has sole discretion on the items included in the Take-Home Gifts.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid food and beverages during the Experience which may contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or otherwise choose to restrict from their diet.

The Donor Lounges, VIP Platform, and VIP Viewing Areas (collectively, "VIP Spaces") will have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The artists performing at the Festival ("Artists") reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated Viewing Spaces during their performances. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to VIP Space arrangements.

Please note: The 2026 performing Artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific Artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, here.

The Festival is held rain or shine. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes due to weather.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website, here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of Wristbands is prohibited.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
