Airfare is NOT included in this Experience. All flights are the responsibility of the Guests attending the experience.

Travel Insurance is not included as part of this Experience. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance coverage. Guests are individually responsible for securing travel insurance if desired.

This experience includes: access for two (2) guests on Les Bateaux Belmond's 7-Day, 6-Night, "Napoléon: Avignon To La Voulte-Sur-Rhône" river cruise itinerary on the Napoléon ("Boat"), Sunday through Saturday, October 11-17, 2026, in Provence, France ("River Cruise"), and; round-trip private ground transfer from central Paris to the Napoléon, pre- and post- trip ("Ground Transportation") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the River Cruise includes: accommodations for 6-nights in one (1) double occupancy cabin on the Napoléon, A Belmond Boat ("Accommodations"); one (1) welcome amenity ("Welcome Amenity"); cabin amenities including a king-size bed, en-suite bathrooms with a WC, washbasin, shower and 110-220-volt shaver socket, bedside tables, dressing/desk table with stool, wardrobe, a safe, hairdryer, and sockets suitable for two-pin 220-volt plugs ("Cabin Amenities"); professional Les Bateaux Belmond captain, chef, guide and crew for duration of the experience ("Crew"); all meals and beverages served onboard ("F&B"); tailored itinerary including onshore excursions and sightseeing opportunities ("Excursions"), and; all experience taxes, fees, and gratuities included ("Fees") (collectively, the "River Cruise Inclusions"). This Experience is valid only for the specified travel dates and locations outlined above and cannot be altered, transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or property credit. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for the Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 7, 2026; 3) provide confirmation that all requested passport information and additional flight information has been shared with Belmond by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, and; 4) confirm receipt of all travel itineraries for the Experience as provided by SkyMiles Experiences by Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid, effective, and in their possession for the entire Experience. Passports are required for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad and should be valid for at least 6 months after their date of return. It is recommended that Guests apply for or renew a passport early. Other required documents may include visas, permits, and vaccination certificates. Guests assume complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements.

The River Cruise is valid only for the Boat and dates as defined above and may not be changed. The River Cruise will depart on Sunday, October 11, 2026, and return on Saturday, October 17, 2026. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their River Cruise. Pre- and post-Experience accommodations are not included in this package. The River Cruise does not include costs for on-land food and beverage, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Full itinerary and details will be provided prior to the Experience.

All included F&B offerings are planned at the discretion of the Boat, Crew, and Les Bateaux Belmond, and substitutions may not be available. Guests must inform their SkyMiles Representative of any applicable dietary restrictions or allergies at least 30-days prior to the Experience. It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet during the Experience.

Ground Transportation will be provided both pre- and post-Experience. Guests must share all arrival and departure information with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative at least 30-days prior to the Experience. Exact timing of transfers will be shared with Guests once travel information has been confirmed.

All taxes, fees, and Crew gratuities are included in this Experience. Additional gratuity is at the responsibility and discretion of the attending Guests.

All Accommodation photography is representative of the Accommodations but may not include photographs of the exact eligible rooms; some variations may be applicable; specific rooms may be subject to change.

Experience itinerary and inclusions are subject to change at Les Bateaux Belmond's discretion. Les Bateaux Belmond, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule/activity changes or cancellations. There are no guarantees of any specific excursions during the Experience. Les Bateaux Belmond, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any losses due to cancelled or missed flights, changed flight itineraries, late arrivals, or early departures. Les Bateaux Belmond reserves the right to make route, itinerary and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of Guests.

This package does not include pre- or post-Experience accommodations, airfare, additional gratuities, travel insurance, and other incidentals and expenses not disclosed in the offer above. The Experience does not cover costs for any other optional inclusions offered outside of this Experience. No substitutions will be offered on what is detailed in the Experience.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by Les Bateaux Belmond as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
