All guests must be 21+ to participate in this experience. Valid photo ID will be required on-site for age verification. 

All guests must obtain any required visa or travel documentation for entry into Australia.

Travel Insurance is not included as part of this Experience. Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance coverage. Guests are individually responsible for securing travel insurance if desired.

This experience includes: one (1) 5-night stay for two (2) guests in one Lair Suite ("Room Type") at Jackalope Hotel in Merricks North, Victoria, Australia ("Property") checking in on Monday, October 5, 2026, and checking out on Saturday, October 10, 2026 (collectively, "Stay"); two (2) 60-minute Essential Relaxation Massages at Jackalope Spa ("Massages"); one (1) dinner reservation for two (2) guests at Le Bouchon French Restaurant in Balnarring, Victoria, Australia ("Restaurant") during the Stay ("Le Bouchon Reservation") with a $300 AUD dining credit ("Le Bouchon Credit"); one (1) LL Vineyard Wine Exploration experience for two (2) guests at Rare Hare in Merricks North, Victoria, Australia, including guided wine tasting for two (2) guests ("Wine Tasting") and lunch for two (2) guests at Rare Hare ("Vineyard Lunch") (collectively, "Vineyard Experience"); one (1) round-trip helicopter experience for two (2) guests with Microflite Helicopters including round-trip helicopter tour between the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne CBD as outlined above ("Helicopter Ride") (collectively, "Helicopter Experience") ; one (1) 'The Jewel' experience for two (2) guests at Alba Thermal Springs & Spa in Fingal, Victoria, Australia ("Alba"), including caviar and champagne service for two (2), one (1) 2-hour spa treatment per person selected from a predetermined list of treatments ("Alba Treatments"), full day access to thermal springs and baths, and round-trip transportation between the Property and Alba Thermal Springs ("Alba Transfers")(collectively, the "Alba Experience"); and one (1) Signature Dining Experience with wine pairings for two (2) guests at Doot Doot Doot ("DDD Dinner") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Stay includes: round-trip ground transfer service for two (2) guests between Melbourne Airport ("MEL") and the Property ("Airport Transfers"); complimentary daily breakfast for two (2) guests at Doot Doot Doot ("Breakfast"); complimentary WiFi; and access to Property amenities including the infinity pool and vineyard grounds (collectively, the "Property Inclusions"). The Property is located at 166 Balnarring Road, Merricks North, Victoria 3926, Australia. This Experience is valid only for the specified dates and location outlined above and cannot be altered, rescheduled, transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or property credit. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of the Experience and Member contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information, including signed waivers for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences by Friday, August 7, 2026; 3) provide proof of obtaining all applicable required Visas and/or documentation required for travel to Australia for all Guests by Monday, September 7, 2026 and; 4) confirm receipt of all travel itineraries for the Experience as provided by SkyMiles Experiences by Monday, September 7, 2026 . Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no refund.

Airport Transfers include round-trip transportation between Melbourne Airport (MEL) and the Property on Monday, October 5, 2026, and Saturday, October 10, 2026. Transportation outside of these dates or additional drop-off locations will not be permitted. Transportation beyond what is specifically outlined above is not included.

Le Bouchon Reservation includes the components as described above. Any additional food, beverage, wine pairings beyond those included, or supplemental menu items ordered on-site are the sole responsibility of the Guests. The Le Bouchon Reservation will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, and cannot be rescheduled. Transportation is limited to Restaurant Transfers outlined above. Guests will be provided with a $300 AUD credit towards their Le Bouchon Reservation to apply towards their dinner. Any purchases made which exceed $300 AUD (including taxes and fees) will be the Guests' responsibility.

Guests may submit their dietary restrictions/allergies to their SkyMiles Experiences contact, but please note that substitutions or alternative menu items may not be available. Guests with strict dietary requirements and/or allergies are responsible for communicating their dietary needs to onsite staff and are expected to avoid all food and beverage items which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diet.

The Vineyard Experience includes a guided wine tasting experience for two (2) guests and Vineyard Lunch for two (2) guests. The Vineyard Experience will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Specific wines are determined by LL Vineyard and subject to availability. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in wine tastings. Valid photo identification may be required.

Massage appointments will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Exact appointment times will be coordinated with the Property prior to the Stay and are subject to availability. Substitutions or alternative treatments may not be available. Any additional spa services beyond the included treatment are the responsibility of the Guests.

The Helicopter Experience includes round-trip helicopter transportation between the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne CBD and will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Departure times will be coordinated by the experience provider and are subject to operational requirements and weather conditions. If weather or safety conditions prohibit helicopter operations, the experience provider reserves the right to modify or reschedule the activity at its sole discretion. Any expenses incurred during time spent in Melbourne CBD are the responsibility of the Guests. Participation in the Helicopter Experience is subject to the experience provider's requirements. Guests will be required to provide additional information prior to the Helicopter Experience, including but not limited to date of birth, weight of each guest, and the weight of any luggage being brought on the Helicopter Experience.

The Alba Experience will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026. Specific bathing experiences, food and beverage offerings, and scheduling are subject to change at the discretion of Alba. The Alba Treatments for each guest will be selected from a predetermined list of treatments. Any additional purchases or selections of treatments outside of the predetermined Alba Treatments list are the responsibility of the Guests.

The Doot Doot Doot Dinner includes the components as described above. Any additional food, beverage, wine pairings beyond those included, or supplemental menu items ordered on-site are the sole responsibility of the Guests. The DDD Dinner will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, and cannot be rescheduled.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the exact eligible rooms; some variations may be applicable; specific rooms may be subject to change.

Passports are required for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad and should be valid for at least 6 months after their date of return. It is recommended that Guests apply for or renew a passport early. Other required documents may include visas, permits, and vaccination certificates. Guests assume complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements.

This Experience does not include airfare, additional ground transportation beyond what is stated, travel insurance, gratuities not expressly included, incidental expenses, personal purchases, or any other costs not specifically outlined above.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and regulations set forth by Jackalope Hotels here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
