All guests must be 21+ to participate. Valid photo ID will be required on-site for age verification.

This experience includes: one (1) 5-night stay in a double occupancy Upper Suite Harbour View Room ("Room Type") at Upper House in Hong Kong, China ("Property"), Thursday through Tuesday, October 15-20, 2026 (collectively, "Stay"); afternoon tea for two (2) on upon arrival on Thursday, October 15, 2026 ("Afternoon Tea"); daily breakfast for two (2) at Salisterra ("Daily Breakfast"); access for two (2) to complimentary Maxi Bar (excluding wine and Champagne) and unlimited filtered water throughout the Stay ("Complimentary Maxi Bar"), and; round-trip airport transfer for two (2) guests ("Airport Transfer") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Stay includes a private gong sound bath, silent journaling, and tea for two (2) guests ("Private Sound Bath"); couples tarot reading with crystal viewing (75 mins) ("Tarot Reading"); two (2) Human Arc sessions highlighting hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light and near infrared LED light therapy with add-on 30 mins facial per person (total 3 hours) ("Human Arc Sessions"), and; one (1) private heated sculpt class for two (2) guests ("Private Sculpt Class") (collectively, "Wellness Inclusions"). The Property is located at Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong. This Experience is valid only for the specified dates and location outlined above and cannot be altered, rescheduled, transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or property credit. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for Member and their one (1) guest (collectively "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 7, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of Stay reservation by Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Experience cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to group rates. The Member will be introduced to a Property representative closer to their Stay to coordinate arrival logistics and receive final details regarding their Experience. Guests are subject to all Property rules and policies.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to source and obtain relevant travel documentation required for entry into Hong Kong from the U.S. within the timeline required by the issuing entities. Refunds will not be granted for cancelled or untraveled experiences due to insufficient travel documentation.

The Stay is valid only as defined above and may not be changed. Check-in for the Stay will be on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 3:00pm local time and check-out will be on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 12:00pm local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended Stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Admiralty, Hong Kong area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for any other meals or services unless otherwise listed above. All photography is representative of the Property, dining venues, and amenities but may not reflect the exact Room Type or specific Experience components.

The Afternoon Tea will be held on the date of arrival on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and includes a seasonal menu. Guests may access the Complimentary Maxi Bar and unlimited filtered water throughout the Stay. Wine and Champagne are not included in the Complimentary Maxi Bar access.

The Guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to the Experience. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Human Arc Sessions offer evidence-based therapies and personalized wellness immersions that promote longevity and recovery. Guests are responsible for reviewing the detailed information on contraindications, as provided by Human Arc, for their chosen treatment. Certain therapies are not suitable for people with specific medical conditions, and it is recommended to consult a medical professional if Guests have any concerns. The Private Sculpt Class takes place in infrared heat. The Wellness Inclusions times will be coordinated with the Property before the Stay and are subject to availability and determined at the discretion of the Property.

Airport Transfer includes round-trip transportation between Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) and the Property on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Transportation outside of these dates or additional drop-off locations will not be permitted. Transportation beyond what is specifically outlined above is not included.

This Experience does not include airfare, additional ground transportation beyond what is stated, travel insurance, gratuities not expressly included, incidental expenses, personal purchases, or any other costs not specifically outlined above.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
