This experience includes: one (1) 4-night stay in a double occupancy Deluxe Sea View Room ("Room Type") at Le Negresco in Nice, France ("Property"), Wednesday through Sunday, September 16-20, 2026 (collectively, "Stay"); daily breakfast for two (2) guests ("Daily Breakfast"); daily sunbed rentals for two (2) at private beach club N La Plage ("Daily Sunbed Rentals"); 1,200€ property credit ("Property Credit"), a round-trip airport transfer for two (2) to Le Negresco ("Airport Transfer"); one (1) dinner reservation at Le Negresco's on-property Michelin-starred Le Chantecler on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 7:30pm local time ("Dinner Reservation"); two (2) 60-minute L'Œuvre Unique spa treatments at N Le Spa (one per guest) on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 4:30pm local time ("Spa Treatments"), and; access for two (2) to one (1) 2-hour sunset cruise on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 6:00-8:00pm local time ("Sunset Cruise") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Dinner Reservation includes a multi-course tasting menu and wine pairing for two (2) (collectively, "Dinner Inclusions"). Additionally, the Sunset Cruise includes one (1) bottle of champagne, light snacks, and transportation to and from the marina (collectively, "Sunset Cruise Inclusions"). The Property is located at 37, Promenade des Anglais Nice, France. This Experience is valid only for the specified dates and location outlined above and cannot be altered, rescheduled, transferred, combined with other offers, or exchanged for cash or property credit. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for Member and their one (1) guest (collectively "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 7, 2026, and; 3) confirm receipt of Stay reservation by Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Experience cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to group rates. The Member will be introduced to a Property representative closer to their Stay to coordinate arrival logistics and receive final details regarding their Experience. Guests are subject to all Property rules and policies.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to source and obtain relevant travel documentation required for entry into France from the U.S. within the timeline required by the issuing entities. Refunds will not be granted for cancelled or untraveled experiences due to insufficient travel documentation.

The Stay is valid only as defined above and may not be changed. Check-in for the Stay will be on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 3:00pm local time and check-out will be on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at 12:00pm local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended Stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Nice, France area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for any other meals or services unless otherwise listed above. All photography is representative of the Property, dining venues, and amenities but may not reflect the exact Room Type or specific Experience components.

The Daily Sunbed Rentals are reserved and guaranteed on the day of arrival, Wednesday, September 16, 2026 through Saturday, September 19, 2026, until 12:00pm local time. Timing is subject to change. Beach access on the day of departure, Sunday, September 20, 2026 is not included.

The Dinner Reservation includes a preselected menu, and substitutions may not be available. The cost of any supplemental items not included in the preselected menu is the responsibility of the Guests.

The Guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to the Experience. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Spa Treatments include two (2) 60-minute L'Œuvre Unique spa treatments (one per Guest) on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 4:30pm local time. Appointment times will be coordinated with the Property before the Stay and are subject to availability. Substitutions or alternative treatments may not be available. Any additional spa services beyond the included Spa Treatment and gratuity are the responsibility of the Guests.

The Sunset Cruise is operated by Liven Up Charter ("Yacht Charter") and will be two (2) hours in duration. This portion of the Experience is not recommended for individuals who have a history of motion sickness or are undergoing medical treatment. Sunset Cruise itinerary is subject to weather and sea conditions, and the schedule may change accordingly at the discretion of the Yacht Charter. Property, Yacht Charter, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the Sunset Cruise. Guests are responsible for leaving the vessel in the same condition in which it was found at boarding and any damages caused during the Sunset Cruise. Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Yacht Charter as listed here. Additional information on the Sunset Cruise will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

The Property Credit is to be applied to any on-property dining, shopping, or activities. Credit must be used during the Stay and cannot be applied toward room rate, taxes, gratuities, or future stays. Any unused portion of the Property Credit will be forfeited at check-out and has no cash value. Additional information on the Property Credit will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

Airport Transfer includes round-trip transportation between Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE) and the Property on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and Sunday, September 20, 2026. Transportation outside of these dates or additional drop-off locations will not be permitted. Transportation beyond what is specifically outlined above is not included.

This Experience does not include airfare, additional ground transportation beyond what is stated, travel insurance, gratuities not expressly included, incidental expenses, personal purchases, or any other costs not specifically outlined above.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
