All guests must be 21+ to participate in this experience. Valid photo ID will be required on-site for age verification.

This experience includes: two (2) '4-day VIP passes' to Monaco Yacht Show ("MYS"), Wednesday through Saturday, September 23-26, 2026 ("MYS VIP Passes"); one (1) 5-night stay in a double occupancy sea-view room ("Room Type") at Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort in Monaco, France ("Property"), Tuesday through Sunday, September 22-27, 2026 (collectively, "Stay"), and; exclusive MYS welcome amenities ("Welcome Amenities") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, MYS VIP Passes include: access for two (2) to Dockside Day (reserved for VIP visitors) on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with unrestricted access to all areas of the quayside exhibition including the Dockside Area; priority access for two (2) via dedicated MYS VIP entrances, including hospitality areas with complimentary refreshments; courtesy car service within Monaco during the opening hours of the show ("Courtesy Car Service"); one (1) bay tour by boat ("Bay Tour"); seated lunch at the Upper Deck Lounge restaurant by Fairmont ("Lunch"), and; dedicated on-site assistance including an English-speaking hostess (collectively, "VIP Inclusions"). Additionally, Stay includes: daily breakfast for two (2) and a round-trip transfer for two (2) to the Property ("Round-Trip Transfer") (collectively, "Stay Inclusions"). Welcome Amenities include: one (1) limited-edition Monaco Yacht Show magnum champagne bottle; two (2) local craft beers - special Monaco Yacht Show edition (1 per guest); premium genuine leather branded pouches (1 per guest), and; official Monaco Yacht Show magazines (1 per guest) (collectively, "Welcome Amenity Inclusions"). The MYS is located at 7, rue Suffren-Reymond - Le Suffren, MC 98000 Monaco, and the Property is located at 40 Avenue Princesse Grace, 98000 Monaco. This Experience is valid only as defined above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Any purchases made separate from this Experience are the sole responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm acceptance of Experience and primary contact information by Monday, August 3, 2026; 2) submit all attending guest information for Member and their one (1) guest (collectively "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 7, 2026, and; 3) provide flight or train arrival and departure details and confirm hotel reservation by Friday, August 28, 2026. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to source and obtain relevant travel documentation required for entry into France from the U.S. within the timeline required by the issuing entities. Refunds will not be granted for cancelled or untraveled experiences due to insufficient travel documentation.

The Stay is valid only as defined above and may not be changed. Check-in for the Stay will be on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 12:00pm local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended Stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Monaco, France area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for any other meals or services unless otherwise listed above.

The MYS VIP Pass is a physical credential that will be delivered to the Guests on Property and provides access for the full duration of MYS, Wednesday through Sunday, September 23-26, 2026, or on selected days of the Guests' choice. Full name, nationality, passport number, date of birth, and email address for the two (2) Guests must be submitted to their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, August 7, 2026.

Welcome Amenities are subject to change and are determined at the discretion of MYS.

The Bay Tour operates throughout the MYS's opening hours only, with departures approximately every 30 minutes. The Bay Tour is subject to weather and sea conditions, and schedules may be adjusted accordingly. MYS, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to the Bay Tour schedule. Additional information on the Bay Tour, including booking instructions, will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

The Courtesy Car Service is available during the MYS's opening hours only and operates on a continuous rotation to and from MYS from anywhere in Monaco. Additional information about the Courtesy Car Service, including booking instructions, will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

The Lunch does not include beverages. The cost of any supplemental items not included in this Experience is the responsibility of the Guests. Additional information on the Lunch will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

Guests may submit their dietary restrictions/allergies to their SkyMiles Experiences representative, but please note that substitutions or alternative items may not be available. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

The Round-Trip Transfer includes round-trip transportation between Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE), or any train station between Nice and Monaco, and the Property on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 and Sunday, September 27, 2026. Transportation outside of these dates or additional drop-off locations will not be permitted. Transportation beyond what is specifically outlined above is not included. Flight or train arrival and departure details must be submitted to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, August 28, 2026.

Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Experience cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to group rates. The Member will be introduced to a Property representative closer to their Stay to coordinate arrival logistics and receive final details regarding their Experience. Guests are subject to all Property rules and policies.

This Experience does not include airfare, additional ground transportation beyond what is stated, travel insurance, gratuities not expressly included, incidental expenses, personal purchases, or any other costs not specifically outlined above.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property as listed here.

Other General Terms: Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. If flight is included, it is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. This experience, and all bidding in connection with it, is subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. If this experience requires an active Basic Delta SkyMiles American Express Card to bid or redeem, such experience is only available to those Card Members. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited.
